- There is only one family of this surname in Grand
Forks: Dennis Schjeldahl, 509 Reeves Drive, Grand Forks,
ND 58201, 701/772-6180. I'm not familiar with a
"Johnstown, ND," but there is Jamestown, Stutsman
County, which is west of Fargo. (Listers?) Go to
www.vitalrec@state.nd.us and you can order a death
certificate. (If Ralph lived in Honeyford, he probably
knew my great-uncle!)

- Hi! I am a granddaughter to Clara (Austreng) Sessing.
She came from a family of 13 children, of whom most were
born in the North Dakota area. My grandmother was born
in Reynolds, ND. Her parents were John and Maria
Austreng. They are buried over here in Blackduck. Have
you attended the reunions the past couple of years in
Blackduck? There is one surving Austreng girl - Edna
(Austreng) Heyer of Superior, WI, who will be 100 years
old in March! My uncle, Norman Sessing has quite an
indepth family tree on the Austreng side. I'm sure we
are related! Keep in touch!
