his grandmother, Reginna FOLTZ, who lived in Grand Forks

HALL or she may be the daughter of Martha HALL and
unknown MONSON. I found her in 1880 census as living in
Allendale, Grand Forks County, ND. She is on her
grandfather's estate as being 49 in 1922 so I would

in Odessa Russia. These two immigrated from Russia as

families that came to the Reynolds and Grand Forks area
after leaving Jackson County, Wisconsin. Charles Lowell
TAFT came with his wife, Ellen MCCALLUM. They are both
buried at the Americus Cemetery. Their children were:

- I would like to hear from anyone who would happen to
know of a John Joseph MAHER, or his son, Harry E. MAHER
John Joseph was born 1861 or 1862 in Wilkesboro, PA. He
was a resident of Grand Forks for many years and was a
conductor on the Great Northern Railway. Harry E. was
born in Lima OH in 1888. While living somewhere in Grand
Forks County he entered the service as a Private in 1917
and was soon promoted to Lieutenant during WWI. Tom is
