Note on FAG:
Her granddaughter wrote the following: Mrs. Effie Belcher
DeHart did not have a middle name. She is my grandmother and she used to
laugh and tell us how her mother and father said that they didn't give her
and her two sisters middle names because they were useless. I Vickie
Tolbert am the granddaughter who has been trying to get this information
out to everyone. My grandmother Effie Belcher DeHart thought it was funny
and she loved telling everyone about that her and her two sisters, Velma
Belcher and Della Belcher had no middle names.
