I am trying to find information about my grandparents Lorenzo Raymond BISSELL b. Phelps, Otsego County, NY m. Mildred KADLEJACK (b. in Willoughby, Lake County 30 May 1891) abt 1916 or 1917. Their 4 sons were born in Willoughby, Ohio [Richard BISSELL 17 Oct 1917; Robert BISSELL 18 Nov. 1918; Raymond Russell BISSELL 28 Apr 1928 and Ronald BISSELL 21 June 1929]. I think it is possible they are related to a Benjamin Bissell, a Geauga County judge and to Gov. Clark. I have no records to give any proof. I understand several of the Kadlejack family has died and had obituaries in the Painesville newspapers. I am also hoping that there might be a marriage document in Willoughby records. Frank KADLEJACK b. 17 Dec. 1846 Germany m. bef 1869 to Margaret TRAVESTY d. 29 Sept 1924 Mayfield Village, Ohio. Children: Mary, Edward, Mattie, Stella, and Oscar. Frank was a carpenter by trade. He settled in Wickliffe, Ohio where he built his own home. The farm was on White Road, just east of Bishop Road. He is buried in Mayfield Unon Cemetery, Wilson Mills Road, just west of S. O. M. Csenter Road. Frank KADLEJACK remarried Mary KORETSKY (CORES) I would appreciate any information you may have on these families. Thanks!

I am trying to locate information on A. Sidney GILBERT and his wife who owned a store in Painesville in the late 1820's or early 1830's. Any information regarding these two people would be greatly appreciated. Also, living in Painsville around that time would be Mary Allen BARKER (born 16 July 1812) and her husband, Zebediah Woodworth LAMPORT. Their son, Jasper Fitzroy LAMPORT was born on 21 Nov 1844 in Perry. Mary Barker's parents are Asa BARKER and Rhoda ADAMS. Zebediah Lamport's parents are William LAMPORT and Belinda WOODWORTH. Any help in locating information and family connections of these people would be greatly appreciated as well.

Seek information on descendants of Joseph and Phebe CADY. Joseph came to Madison, Lake Co., OH in 1811 and was a drum major in the war of 1812. He met and married Phebe ANTISDEL in 1816. Her family had moved to Madison from Wellington, CT. Joseph was born in 1788 in Norfolk, CT and moved to Vernon, NY with his family in 1804. They had several children: Sarah, Chester, Curtis, Henry, Oscar & Newton. I have a letter from Curtis written from Lansing, MI and a letter from Chester written from Beloit, WI. I have found the graves of Joseph and Phebe as well as Newton and his wife and their son Fordyce and his daughter Minerva all in the same cemetery in Madison. Joseph was a brother to my Benjamin CADY who briefly lived in Madison before moving south to Brimfield, OH where my family remains today. Thank you!
