I am looking for information on Simeon WRIGHT and his wife Olive OTIS who were in Lake Co, Ohio in the 1840 census. Simeon was b. OH as was Olive. (she is a Mayflower desc.) Their parents were likely b. MA?? They had some children b.Lake Co. Simeon WRIGHT d. Johnson Co TX in 1860. Any help appreciated and will be happy to share. Thank you.

Looking for information on John GRIEVE and wife Charlotte and their three sons Hugh, Mark and Thomas. John came to Ohio from Northumberland county England about 1830/35. Charlotte was born in York state in 1809 maiden name unknown. It is not known if they were married in Ohio or in York state. After their third child was born they moved from Lake county Ohio to Tilbury East township in Kent county Ontario Canada in 1844.

John BAKER died in the explosion of the steamship Sultana at the end of the Civil War and Elizabeth married Samuel J. MUSCROFT, author of the play, The Drummer Boy of Shiloh. Aliese C.
