I am looking for information on Isaac Delos Gano (or listed in one bio as J D Gano) who came to Rio, WI in 1844 and Sauk County in 1867. He was the son of James and Mary Gano. He was born in New York, we had thought in Truxton, Cortland Co but may have been born in Columbia, Herkimer Co NY in 1821 or 1822. He married Emily Tidd of Homer NY, Margaret Hughes Sharp and Margaret Willey. I descend from his son, Otto John Gano. Name could be spelled Ganoe in records.

I am looking for data on the Johann and Roseine Muller Schara family. They lived in Honey Creek Township,Sauk,County in 1870 and 1880. Trying to find info on a man by the name of Benjamin Illif Balch who may have died in WI around 1930s. His son married a Mortimer in Sauk Co WI in the late 20s. Family rumor has it that he may have went to WI with his son, Any help appreciated. thanks

I am trying to locate information about the Lambert family who lived in LaValle, WI in the late 1800's. I find Patrick (Husband), Mary(Wife), Catherine, Mary Ann, Ellen (Daughters) and Francis (Son) in the 1870 census. I find Patrick, Mary, Mary A and Francis in the 1880 census. I know that Catherine married Michael Fitzgerald in Cazenovia, WI - February 6, 1878, and that Catherine died in Ellsworth WI in 1896. Mary Ann moved in with Michael and his children to care for the children. I have, however, been unable to find anything about the other Lamberts - Patrick, Mary, Ellen and Francis. Does anyone have any information about the Lamberts? Thanks

I am looking for info about the parents and siblings of Thomas Isaac and Elenor T. (Williams)Jones, they are in the Spring Green 1880 census. They had a farm near Spring Green that was still in the family when one of their children(Claude Jones) married in 1916. They were there from appx. 1860. Any help is appreciated.

Looking for further information on Freelove (HARRIS) SHAW, born ca 1802 in New Hampshire, widow of Nathaniel Shaw who died at Angelica, NY in 1850. She is in Reedsburg Census of 1870 with Sarah, age 37. I belive she is a relative, and I have info on the Harris Family.

Trying to find info on a photographer by the name of HUTCHENS. He had a studio in Wonewoc, Juneau Co. but I find no record of that surname in the county. But I did find several HUTCHENS in the Sauk county area. Looking for his first name and the years he was a photographer.
