BLOOD, PALMER posted by Bob Palmer on 05/29/04

I am looking for more information on William Franklin Palmer and Charlotte Rozeltha Blood Palmer. My grandfather was Percy E. Palmer and it is possible he was Williams and Charlotte's son. Percy had a son Earl Franklin Palmer who was my father. We think Earl might have been born in Texas although that is uncertain. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
