I am looking for information concerning my G Grandparents, John REGAN (May 4, 1859-Mar 22, 1914) and his wife Mary (Mar 25, 1860-Dec 21, 1920) whose maiden name was probably KEEFE or O'KEEFE. The 1900 census information has them living in Platte Center and indicates that they emigrated from Ireland in about 1887 with at least two daughters, Anna and Nell. Both John and Mary are buried in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery. I am particularly interested in information that could tell me where in Ireland they came from. I am also looking for information concerning my G Grandparents, Constance LUSIENSKI (Born April, 1838) and his wife Catherine (born April 1843) whose maiden name was Juskiewic. The 1900 census information has them living in Platte Center and indicates that they emigrated from Poland in about 1884 with at least one daughter Mary. I am particularly interested in finding out where they are buried and from where in Poland they came from. I am also looking for information on Mary LUSIENSKI (Born Dec, 1867), the daughter of Constance and Catherine Lusienski. There was a marriage record dated May 16, 1887, that shows she married Leopold Lasozki (Lasocki or Losocki). In the 1900 census, she is living with her parents Constance and Catherine with three children, Josephine (Born March, 1889), Julia (Born Sep, 1893), and Charlie (Born May, 1897) Lasocki or Losocki, but there is no sign of Leopold. I have not found any information on her or her children past 1900.

Interested in the family and descendants of Thomas MCPHILLIPS and wife Catherine LYNCH, who settled southeast of Lindsay about 1871. Especially interested in their son John MCPHILLIPS, who died on that same farm about 17 Sep 1943. He married Dina DANAHY about 1902 in Omaha. Their children, born between 1905 and the 1920s included Elizabeth, John Charles, Cecelia, Theresa, Paschal, Rose, Evelyn, Joseph, and one other, name unknown. According to his obituary, John MCPHILLIPS was fairly prominent in the area, and was one of the founders of St. John's Catholic Church, which was near his farm. Does St. John's still exist? Where are it's records? Which Catholic church would they likely have attended before St. John's came into existence? Thanking in advance for any info.

I am trying to locate the full sister of William Green LEE. Eliza was born in 1857 or 1859, probably in MO. Her mother (Polly Burner/Burnett or Syntha) died when she was two and both children were sent off to relatives. In 1919, William Green LEE, then a resident of Edison, NE and his son, Franklin LEE, a resident of Council Bluffs, found a 1/2 sister of William in Council Bluffs. According to a newspaper report, William and Franklin were advised that Eliza was living in Columbus, NE. If you can link to any of these details, directly or vaguely, please email me.
