JACKLE, Frank Robert

Glendale -- Dr. Frank Robert Jackle, 73, professor emeritus and retired chairman of the modern languages department at the American Graduate School of International Management, died Dec. 18, 1982, at his campus residence. Dr. Jackle, a Winchester, IL, native, received a bachelor's degree in education from Springfield MO State College, a master's degree in Spanish and administration from the University of Missouri and a doctorate from the department of Hispanic-American and Luso-Brazilian studies at Stanford University. He is survived by his wife, Eileen, a sister and a brother. Mon., Dec. 20, 1982.

JACKSON, Evelyn

Laveen -- Services for Evelyn Jackson, 27, were at the American Indian Chapel, Casa Blanca. Ms. Jackson was a lifelong Arizona resident who worked for a produce factory. She died Oct. 26, 1982. She is survived by her parents, Arlene and Dana Kisto; five sisters and three brothers. Memorial services at the American Indian Chapel, Casa Blanca. Botimer Family Mortuary made the arrangements. JACKSON, Gwendolyn

Mesa --Gwendolyn L. Jackson, 72, a retired teacher with Longfellow Elementary School, died Dec. 18, 1982, at her residence. Mrs. Jackson, of 1059 E. Eighth Place, was born in Michigan and moved to Mesa from Lansing, Michigan, in 1958. She was a member of Sigma Ghi Gamma Sorority, Iota Psi Chapter. She is survived by her husband, Reed; daughters, Constance Hamlin and Darlene J. Sitzler; son, Ronald; a brother; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church, 161 N. Mesa Drive. Chapel of Prayer Funeral Home made arrangements. Interment Mesa Cemetery. Published in The Arizona Republic December 19, 1982, p. JACKSON, Lula Brown

Lula Brown Jackson, 96, a two-year Phoenix resident, died Oct. 24, 1982, in her home. Mrs. Jackson was mother of the church at St. Peter's Baptist Church in Port Gibson, Mississippi. She is survived by her daughters, Senolia and Lula Johnson; three sisters and three grandchildren. Services were at the Greater New Zion Baptist Church, Universal Memorial Center handled the arrangements. Interment Greenwood. The AZ Republic 10/30/1982.

Ocie M. Jackson, 79, was born in Texas and moved to Phoenix two months ago from Oklahoma. Daughters, Ocie PATTERSON and Gladys RUSSELL; a brother; grandchildren survive. Published in the Phoenix Gazette 10/12/1982.

JACKSON, SIDNEY K., Sr.

Sidney K. Jackson, Sr., 84, who practiced law in Chicago before moving to Phoenix in 1963, died Nov. 17, 1982, in Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mr. Jackson was born in Ligonier, Indiana, and was a Mason. He is survived by his wife, Loyola; daughter, Sarah Nardacci; son, Sidney, Jr.; and three grandchildren. JACKSON, William G.

William G. Jackson, 46, a dispatcher for the Universal Service Corp. in Phoenix, died Tues., Oct. 26, 1982, in a Valley hospital. JACOBUS, Richard R.

Richard R. Jacobus, 47, died Wednesday in a Valley hospital. Services for Jacobus, who moved to Phoenix in 1969 from his native Illinois, were in St. Mark Lutheran Church. JAGGER, James "Bob"

Moon Valley -- James "Bob" Jagger, 60, a farmer, died Oct. 28, 1982, in John C. Lincoln Hospital. Mr. Jagger was born in Colorado and moved to Phoenix in a936. He served in the Army during World War II, was past president of West Growers Association and was a member of Moon Valley Country Club. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; daughters, Jennifer Holland and Julianne Jagger; two sisters, Rosemary Krane and Jeanne Moriarty; and a brother, Jon Jagger. Mass was in Brophy Chapel. JENKINS, Faith E.

Globe -- Services for Faith E. Jenkins, 64, who died Jan. 5, 1982, at Royal Nursing Home in Mesa, will be at the Palmer Globe Mortuary. Mrs. Jenkins, a native of Shenandoah, Iowa, was a housewife. JENNINGS, Lester E.

Payson -- Lester E. Jennings, 81, who was an electrical engineer for Arizona Public Service from 1935 until he retired in 1966, died Dec. 19, 1982, at Lewis R. Pyle Hospital. Mr. Jennings was born in Wabunsee County, Kansas, and graduated from Kansas State University in 1923 in electrical engineering. He moved to Phoenix in 1935 and had lived in Payson since 1968. Mr. Jennings was a major in the Army during World War II and was a founding member of the Arizona baptist Childrens Service. He was also a charter member of Chapter No. 3, Order of Demolay, in Manhatten, Kansas, a Mason for 60 years, a charter member of the Payson Masonic Lodge and was a church deacon since 1948. He is survived by his daughter, Marie DeOliviera; son, Lester E., Jr.; two sisters; two brothers; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services were at the First Southern Baptist Church. JENSEN, Eyner Robert

Eyner Robert Jensen, 36, who was a graduate of South Mountain High School, was found dead in Gallup, N.M. He came to Phoenix from his native Illinois in 1960 and was disabled by a 1959 auto accident. He is survived by his son, Eyner D.; father, Earl; two sisters and a brother. 2/2/1982.

JESCHKE, William J., Jr.

William J. Jeschke, Jr., 77, a retired baker, died Oct. 18, 1982, at a Phoenix hospital. Mr. Jeschke, of Phoenix, was born in Gross Neudorf, Germany, and moved to Arizona from Michigan 23 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Lillian, and daughter, Reta Engwall, both of Phoenix; two grandchildren, Erna Hunter and Earl Engwall; and three great-grandchildren, Larry Kuhlman, Shelley Hunter & Earl Engwall, Jr.. Maria Jimenez, 78, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1982, in a Valley hospital. Mass for Mrs. Jimenez, 4807 W. Earll Dr., was in St. Catherine's of Sienna Catholic Church, 6401 S. Central. She was a native of Arizona. Survivors include a daughter, Matilde Perez; 18 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. 10/1/1982.
