Sun City -- Joseph B. O'Bryant, 81, a former composing room employee for the St. Louis Post Dispatch for 43 years, died Jan. 26, 1980, in Beverly Manor Nursing Home. He came to Arizona 20 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Garnette; sons, Raymond E. and J.B.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 1/29/1980.

O'DANIEL, Ronnie Louis

Ronnie Louis O'Daniel, 15, a sophomore at Moon Valley High School, was born in Prescott. He was injured in a gun cleaning accident at his home and died Jan. 21, 1980. Parents, Johnnie and Marilyn O'Daniel; two sisters, two brothers; and three grandparents. 24 January 1980.

Herman Oft, 91, died Jan. 29, 1980, in Phoenix Veterans Hospital. He lived in Arizona 52 years and worked in the US Department of Interior Land Office. Mr. Oft came here from Grand Island, NE. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and a World War I veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ella; daughters, Marilyn Crill and Betty Brashears; a brother and five grandchildren. Fountain Hills -- Esther M. O'Neill, 85, died Oct. 10, 1980, in the Cosada Villa Nursing Home, Mesa. She was born in New Jersey and came to Arizona in 1956 from Pennsylvania. Mrs. O'Neill was the widow of senator Joseph O'Neill. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Anna Mae Peltz, and two grandchildren. Graveside services were in St. Francis Cemetery, 4800 E. Oak. Robert W. Ore, 66, a World War II Army veteran who came here 27 years ago from Pennsylvania, died Oct. 12, 1980, in Boswell Hospital. He was a food service coordinator for a Sun City nursing home. ORTON, Frankie L. Graves

Mesa -- Frankie L. Graves Orton, 78, who had been in the motel and hotel business in Arizona and Utah, died March 24, 1980, in Salt Lake City. She was cofounder of the Bookcraft Publishing firm in Salt Lake City and served as its president after her husband, John K., died in 1959. Survivors include children, Doris Childers, Russell B. and Dr. T. Kenneth; a sister; 10 grandchildren. Services were in Salt Lake City. 3/29/1980.

OSBORN, John M.

Apache Junction -- Services for John M. Osborn, 74, who died Oct. 10, 1980, in Tucson Veterans Hospital, were in Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, 514 S. Mountain. Mr. Osborn, 332 S. Emerald Drive, was a retired auto salesman. He was born in Trinidad, Colorado, served in the Navy in World War II and came here in 1960 from New York. His wife, Jennie, survives. David Lee Oskerson, 31, who had served as an Army sergeant in Korea and Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart, died March 23, 1980, in Phoenix. He was born here and worked as a welder. He was a member of North Phoenix Baptist Church. Survivors include his children, Tracy Lyna, Tawyna Lynn and Troy David; parents, Lester Eli and Irene Geneva Oskerson, Prescott; two sisters, Karen Rose Beeson and Katherine Mae Horton, both of Phoenix; two brothers, Allen Eli and Terry William Oskerson, both of Prescott; and maternal grandfather, Clarence White, Stanton, MI; six nieces and one nephew.
