Helen L. Gannon, 38, who had been a secretary at Phoenix Veterans Hospital, died of a heart attack March 15, 1980, in her home. She moved here in 1970 from New York. GARDINER, Everett H.

Sun City -- Everett H. Gardiner, 82, who served in the Army in both World Wars, died Oct. 6, 1980, in a nursing home in Lafayette, Indiana. Mr. Gardiner had a winter home in Sun City for 12 years. He retired in 1962 as a pipefitter after 34 years with the Indiana Gas Co. Saturday, Oct. 11, 1980.

GARDUNO, Daniel D.

Daniel D. Garduno, 69, of Fort Wingate, NM, who formerly was a certified public accountant for the Boy Scouts of America in Phoenix, died Oct. 8, 1980, in Albuquerque Veterans Hospital. Rosary was in Northwest Mortuary, 4033 N. 19th Ave. Mass was in St. Raphael's Catholic Church, 5525 W. Acoma. Mr. Garduno was with the Boy Scouts here six years before going to New Mexico in 1977. He was a native of Winslow and a World War II Army veteran. Surviving are a daughter, Ella Marie Poucher; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. GAROFILO, Mike

Mike Garofilo, 90, died Oct. 12, 1980, in Desert Haven Nursing Home. He was born in Italy and came here in 1976 from California. He had been a packer of glass containers. Survivors include children, Rosie Gross, Mary Mask and Joseph. The Arizona Republic Tuesday, Oct. 14, 1980.

Eugene R. Garvick, 71, who worked in production control for AiResearch until retiring in 1972, died March 13, 1980, in Erie, PA. Mr. Garvick came here in 1948 and left Phoenix in February. He was a member of the Montezuma Masonic Lodge, El Zaribah Shrine and Scottish Rite bodies. Wife, Velma; daughter, Phyllis Sutter; two granddaughters; a brother and two sisters. GIBBONS, Bernard W.

Scottsdale -- Bernard W. Gibbons, 32, a faculty member of National Teacher Education Project in Scottsdale, died of cancer Jan. 26, 1980, in his home. He was born in Evergreen Park, IL. Mr. Gibbons received his master of divinity degree from St. John's Seminary, Camarillo, CA. He also attended Loyola University. He was director of religious education for the Community of the Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church in Scottsdale from 1976 to 1979. Surviving are his wife, Marcella, who is on the nursing staff of Scottsdale Memorial Hospital; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard W. Gibbons; two sisters and a brother. Harriett T. Goodwin, 99, of 1920 W. Flower, who taught at Arizona State University when it was called Tempe Normal School, died March 11, 1980, in Beatitudes Care Center. Mrs. Goodwin, who came to Arizona in 1914 from New York, had been a co-owner of Arizona Seed & Floral Co. and had once managed a hotel at Roosevelt Dam. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Colonial Dames of America, and the Queen Esther Chapter of the Eastern Star for 55 years. Dr. Greenman graduated from the St. Louis University Dental School in 1919. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
