QUANZ, Carl P.
Sun City -- Carl P. Quanz, 77, who had been vice president and plant manager during his 38 years with the Bridgeport Brass Co. of Connecticut, died Sept. 30, 1980, in Good Shepherd Retirement Center. Mr. Quanz, 10410 Tropicana Circle, came here in 1965 from Indianapolis and was a former member of the Union League Club of Chicago and the Columbia Club and Meridian Hills Countyr Club in Indianapolis. He was born in Cleveland and was graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Surviving are his wife, Josephine; children, Elizabeth Rahdert and Kenneth, and a sister. Services will be today in St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 103rd and Peoria Avenues, Lundberg Mortuaries, Golden Door Chapel, announced. Published in the Arizona Republic 10/3/1980.
