PORT LAVACA - A thunderstorm dumped up to 4 inches of rain on Calhoun County Friday, knocking out power at a school and causing the death of one motorist, officials said.

Glynn R. McDonald, a 48-year- old Port Lavaca attorney, apparently lost control of the 1993 Ford Explorer he was driving during heavy rains on Farm-to-Market Road 1090, about one mile west of Port Lavaca, authorities said.

State Trooper Clifford Duncan said the Ford left the roadway, overturned and crashed into a tree at about 1 p.m. McDonald was pronounced dead at the scene.

McDonald, who was married and practiced law in Edna, owned abstract companies in Port Lavaca, Edna and El Campo. He recently moved from Edna to a subdivision in Calhoun County and was on his way home when the accident occurred, officials said.

At about the same time the accident was reported, lightning struck a transformer at Calhoun High School, knocking out electrical power to a portion of the campus.

Police assisted firefighters in bringing in buses for early dismissal of students so power could be shut off while repairs were made to the transformer, officials said.

Steve Psaff, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service, said a complex upper level disturbance that developed near Kingsville spread through the Corpus Christi area and "really exploded" when it reached Calhoun County.

The county received an estimated 3 to 4 inches of precipitation, according to radar reports, Psaff said.

The U.S. Coast Guard posted small-craft warnings due to the storm's strong winds.

EDNA--The passing of Anthony Ryan McDowell, on Saturday morning, June 28, came as a shock to most of his many friends. Few knew how serious was the illness he met with quiet fortitude; always quick to share with others the good things of life. Mr. McDowell preferred to carry his troubles alone.

Bertha Dell McDowell
February 11, 1937 - June 29, 2020

Bertha Dell McDowell left her earthly body Monday, June 29th, 2020, and was reunited with her beloved husband Everard McDowell. She is survived by children Dr. Tony McDowell and Sara Smiga. The matriarch of the family, she dedicated her life to her children. Bertha Dell endured tragedy early on, but never let that define her life. She was forever steadfast in her unwavering faith. A charismatic woman, filled with generosity and kindness, Bertha Dell loved hard.  Whether you addressed her as friend, teacher, mother, Bebe, Aunt Burr, or Mrs. McDowell, she will be remembered by the motto that adorned the entry of her home, “Mi Casa es Su Casa.”.

Bertha Dell was born the youngest of five on February 11, 1937, to Herman Otto Lochausen and Beulah Warnken Lochausen. She carried the pride of her family’s military service throughout her life, one that instilled a passion and zeal for both her country and family. In the seventh grade, she met the love of her life, Everard McDowell Jr. Known as the cowboy who stole her heart, these two made Edna their home, before he was tragically taken a day shy of their twelfth anniversary. His legacy, including Bertha Dell’s, lives on through their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She attended college at Incarnate Word and Texas A&I and later taught school at Inez Elementary, where she greatly impacted the lives of every student she taught. She excelled as a teacher, and her influence would transcend the four walls of the classroom for many years to come. She will forever be known for passing on the tradition of eliminating dangling prepositions.

Bertha Dell served on many committees, including The Edna Independent School District and the Jackson County Hospital Board, where she served as president of both organizations. She served on the Jackson County Rodeo Association, Republican Party Committee, Texana Arts Council, Texana Historical Commission, and many others. She was also the recipient of the 1994 Chamber of Commerce “Citizen of the Year” Award. She was very honored to be the recipient of the Pro Ecclesia Et Pontifice award from Pope Paul VI in 1976, and the Archbishop Francis J. Furey award, both Catholic Faith honors.

Bertha Dell had a passion for many things, including a love for cooking. On any given day, she could be found in her kitchen preparing meals for anyone that walked through her door. She loved to entertain and took great pride in the presentation of her meals—particularly setting the perfect table. Bertha Dell was devoutly Catholic and made her faith a priority. She was always there to offer her opinion, whether you wanted it or not. She was a stickler for grammar, a woman of fashion, and possessed nothing but grace.

Along with her two children, Dr. Tony McDowell [Sherri], and Sara [Lance] Smiga, she is survived by her greatest legacy, her grandchildren: Everard McDowell [Morgan], Anthony McDowell [Margaret], Captain Thomas McDowell [Lauren], Sarah McDowell, Harrison Smiga, Amelia Smiga, Quintin Kirk [Alyssa Gonzales], Bailey Kirk, and her great-grandchildren: Jackson McDowell, Charlotte McDowell, Amelia McDowell, Konzen McDowell, Elwood McDowell, Olivia McDowell, and Eliza Dell McDowell, a sister Shirley Watson [Lewis], a sister-in-law Bobby Lou McDowell May, a loving family of nieces and nephews, especially her two cherished nephews Gus Westhoff and Fred Westhoff, who were a constant support throughout her life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers “Buddy” Lochausen and Vance Lochausen, and sister Mavis Westhoff.

Her pallbearers for the service include grandsons: Everard McDowell, Anthony McDowell, Captain Thomas McDowell, Quintin Kirk, and Harrison Smiga, and her grand-nephews Blake Westhoff and William Westhoff. Honorary pallbearers are nephews Gus Westhoff and Fred Westhoff, along with her dear Ya-Ya sisters: Lenora Dollar, Gail Jordan, Janet Mitchell, and Nancy Simons.

A special thanks to all of her family and friends, especially, Alice Prince with Shiloh Baptist Church, and Tammy Mabry with Frontier BBQ, who always took the time to cook the things she loved. Thank you to her caregivers: Robin Donalson, Linda Soliz, Ninfa Hernandez, Lily Garza, April Dugen, Jennifer Dean, Dolores Tristan, Hospice of South Texas, and her dear friend and prayer warrior, Becky Stary.

She will be lied or laid to rest (she never could get us to understand the difference) with a Rosary at 10 am, followed by a mass at 10:30 am on Monday, July 6, 2020, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Edna, TX. Memorials may be given to the Everard and Bertha Dell McDowell Memorial Scholarship, c/o Citizens State Bank, 701 N. Wells, Edna, TX 77957. This memorial scholarship is given annually to a student going into the field of education.

There will never be another Bertha Dell, but her legacy will live in each of the lives she touched. May she rest in peace and forgive any grammatical errors. We love you.

Social distancing and wearing a face mask are encouraged.

Mrs. Fannie Lea McDowell Passes

East Friday, February 17, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Jennie White of this city, Mrs. Fannie Lea Me Dowell passed away following a protracted illness.

The funeral service was held at the Edna Methodist Church Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock, and was conducted by her pastor, Rev. I. E. Walker.

The remains were laid to rest in the Edna Cemetery beside those of her late husband.

The pallbearers were Mrs. McDowell's six nephews--Messrs. M. G. Simons, W. C. Simons, M. T. Simons, Jr., Archie Gayle Simons, A. D. Gayle, Jr., and Dr. George Gayle.

The honorary pall bearers were; Messrs Jess Farquhar, Garvice Shoemate, Harley Stell, Jr., Otto Lawrence, Frank Wright, T. F. DuPont, Tony McDowell, Evarad McDowell, Walton McDowell, Walter Davidson and Russell Donnelley.

In the service conducted at the church, Rev. Mr. Walker’s remarks were so appropriate and his tribute to the life of this good woman SO beautiful that we quote at length from both below:

Mrs. Francis Lea McDowell was born in Goliad on August the 8th, 1876, the oldest child of Regina S. Dill, and George S. Gayle. Her family moved to Jackson County when she was a very small child, and all the balance of her life was spent here. Here she lived her child-hood, and days of her youth. Here she grew to young womanhood and was married. She married Archie R. McDowell November 25th, 1896. Her husband preceded her in death by almost nine years. He passed away in June, 1941. Since that time "Aunt" Fannie had made her home with her sister, Mrs. Jennie White.

Mrs. McDowell joined the Edna Methodist Church in 1886. That was only four years after Edna became a town, and at that time Rev. Sterling Fisher was pastor of this church. Mrs. McDowell worked untiringly in the church. She had many talents and gave freely of them in the cause of Christ and the work of His Church. She was an excellent student of the Bible and taught a Sunday School class the most of her life. She was a teacher of a class at the time of her death and was lovingly known as "Aunt Fannie" or "Miss Fannie," not only by her class, but by all who knew her. At one she had a perfect record of attendance at Sunday School and church for 25 years (that is 1300 Sundays) without missing, and the cause of her missing then was the death of her father which occurred at 9:00 o'clock on Sunday morning. In the going of this Saint of the Church, "Miss Fannie," and her placing the banner of her Christ in younger hands, calls for a very high type of Christian Loyalty. A deep full consecration. It will not be easy to take her place, but it is a high and holy challenge. "Miss Fannie" was blessed with a bountiful storage of knowledge and especially a knowledge of the Bible. One of her greatest pleasures was to entertain children with Bible stories. And she was a master of the art of telling Bible stories.

"Miss Fannie" was a life long member of the Woman's Society of Christian Service. She served this great service organization in different capacities when it was known as The Ladies Aid," as "The Woman's Home Society," as "The Woman's Missionary Society" and as "The Woman's Society of Christian Service."

"Miss Fannie" was a member of Eleanor Brackenridge Literary Club; a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, a member of the "Daughters of American RevoIution.

She is survived by two sisters and three brothers: Mrs. M. T. Simons Sr., and Mrs. Hugh L, White, and A. D. Gayle, Sr., of Edna; and Geo. S. Gayle, Sr., and L. M. Gayle of Houston.

"Miss Fannie" or "Aunt Fannie” as she was lovingly known, had lived long and served well. We know of another who lived long and served well, and when he came to the end of His earthly pilgrimage He paused on the side of the river and leaning on his shield of faith, looked through a window, the window of the past. It was a past well spent, and he said: "I have fought a good fight.. I have finished course. I have kept the faith." Then looking out through another window, the window of the future, he could see across the river, and it was Coronation Day over there, and… [remainder missing from newspaper]

Clarence A. McFeron

Mr. McFeron Dead.  Clarence A. McFeron, aged 73, a long time LaWard citizen, died yesterday afternoon from a heart attack.  Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 3 from the Edna Baptist church.

A more suitable mention of Mr. McFeron’s life will appear in our next issue.

Staples, H. K. Edna Weekly Herald (Edna, Tex.), Vol. 39, No. 28, Ed. 1 Thursday, May 23, 1946, newspaper, May 23, 1946, page 2.

Mr. C. A. McFeron.

The obituary of the late Mr. Clarence A. McFeron, well known and highly esteemed LaWard citizen, was unintentionally omitted from these columns last week.  However, the Herald had the week before made a brief mention of his passing.

Mr. McFeron was born December 6th, 1872, in Nashville, Ill., where he resided until 1908 when he came to Jackson County.  At Nashville, he was united in marriage to Miss Anna Smith.  To this union were born four sons, all of who survive.  They are Messrs. W.A. McFeron of Lolita, C.W. and Louie McFeron of LaWard and Robert McFeron of New Gulf.

In 1908 Mr. McFeron and sons moved to LaWard where he had since resided.  In 1922, he was united in marriage to Mrs. Una Farquhar Myers, a member of prominent and pioneer Jackson County family.  To this union was born one daughter, Miss Lonnie Dell, who with her mother are also left to mourn his passing.

Mr. McFeron was a farmer and carpenter by trade; he was a good man in every sense of the word; industrious and upright, and when he passed on to his reward his neighbors and friends were grieved at the separation.

To the bereaved family the Herald extends sympathy.

Theresa Ann Edwards Clark-McGrew

Theresa “Pat” Ann Edwards Clark-McGrew, the daughter of Clara Allen Hopes of Vanderbilt, Texas and Jake Edwards of Houston, Texas, was born in Vanderbilt at her great-grandparents’ (Ellen and Cleveland Hosey) home on March 3, 1949. She was the first of twelve children born to Clara Hopes.

Theresa was raised by her grandparents, Ollie and Willie Jones, of whom she fondly knew as “Mama Ollie” and Daddy Willie.” Ollie and Willie had no children together, so they doted on Pat.

She grew up in the community of her birth and attended George Washington Carver School in Edna, Texas, until the tenth grade. At that time, the area schools integrated so she transferred to Industrial High School in Vanderbilt. Because of her desire to graduate with her former classmates, she returned to Edna in her senior year and graduated from Edna High School in May of 1967.

Theresa met George Edward Clark, Jr. and married him on June 19, 1968. Their first child, Cassandra Denise, was born. At the age of thirty-six years old, she gave birth to her second child, Patrick Casey George. She and George divorced two years later. They attempted reconciliation; however, it ended with George’s death.

Theresa remained single for the next fifteen years. During that time she did a great deal of soul searching which led her to attend college. She graduated from Wharton Junior College in Wharton, Texas and earned an Associate Degree in Psychology. She continued her education at the University of Houston-Victoria in Victoria, Texas. She graduated on December 16, 1993, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She also attended another year in pursuit of a Master’s Degree.

While in college, Theresa met Gail Spell, who later became her mentor. Gail told her about a wonderful job working with infants with birth defects and developmental delays. In June of 1994, Theresa was hired by Sandra Collins, Director of Project GROW as an Early Childhood Interventionist (ECI) for Matagorda County. She felt this was her calling in life. She loved working with the families of the children in the program in the Matagorda area. Before long, she began referring to the children as “her babies.” The children and their parents were embedded in Theresa’s heart so much so, that even after the children left the ECI program, she held parties to keep in touch with the families.

In September of 1999, Theresa left the ECI program and began to work for Texana MHMR. She was employed as a service coordinator to assist mentally retarded clients. Theresa found that she loved working with mentally retarded adults as much as she loved “her babies.” This job was very rewarding to her and she made many friends. She poured her heart and soul into this job, often arriving early and leaving late. After the death of her second husband, she resigned in August of 2003, due to her illness and the relocation of the position to Richmond, Texas.

During the time Theresa attended the University of Houston-Victoria, she became very lonely so she prayed a prayer of faith. Theresa asked God to send her someone that would love Him first and love her children. She did not tell God that the man had to be rich or handsome. She knew if he loved God, the rest would fall into place. She also told God that He would have to send this man to her home. He did just that.

In 1991, Leo “Jack” McGrew, came to her home and asked if he could come courting. Theresa had met her true love, the love of her life, her gift from God and her soul-mate.

Jack and Theresa were married November 19, 1994. He gave Theresa her “Dream Wedding.” Their marriage lasted almost ten glorious years. On July 3, 2003, Jack went on his journey of a lifetime to heaven; however, he left a ticket in her name to meet him at a later time.

Theresa was preceded in death by her second husband, Leo “Jack” Clinton McGrew; first husband, George Edward Clark, Jr.; mother, Clara Allen Hopes; stepfather, Elbert Hopes, Sr.; father, Jake Edwards; grandmother, Ollie Jones; grandfather, Willie Jones; great grandparents, Ellen and Cleveland Hosey; two brothers, Donnell Hopes and Jerry Hopes and sister-in-law, Evelyn Hopes.

Her transition from life came Sunday, February 17, 2008, in Markham, Texas, at the age of fifty-eight. She leaves precious memories to her family members who include her loving daughter and son, Cassandra Denise and Patrick Casey George; two grandchildren, Stormy Setara and Dra’Shaun Trevaille (all of Victoria); six brothers, James Elbert Hopes, John Willie Hopes and Rodney Andre (Petula) Hopes of Edna, Donnell Hopes of Corpus Christi, Rickey (Janice) Hopes of Bay City and Douglas Hopes of Victoria; three sisters, Carolyn (Walter) Orr of Van Alstine, Alice Marie Jackson of Bay City and Sharron (Burt) Lockett of Cuero; three godchildren, Larry Donnell Johnson of Markham, Angela Denise Fields of Bay City and Willie Earl Woodberry of Odessa; and Angela Fields of Bay City; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

As a youth, Theresa joined the Methodist Church in Edna. In 1968, she married, moved to Bay City and joined Tyree Chapel AME Church. She remained a member until she met a hairdresser named Tenola Law. “Mother Law” told her about being saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Theresa tarried and received the Holy Ghost in the old Hilliard gymnasium in a revival with Evangelist Norwood. She then joined Bible Days Revival Church in Bay City under Mother Tenola Law’s leadership. Theresa was appointed Pastor’s Aide president and Youth Department Director and taught Children’s Sunday School.

Theresa later moved her membership to Zion Tabernacle Christian Church in Victoria where she was one of the church’s faithful and devoted members. She proved to be a good worker and follower, Theresa was a member of the Pastor’s Aide and the Youth Department Activity Director. It was during this time that she and her sister, Alice Jackson, created the Two Soulful Sisters as an endeavor to raise funds to help remodel the church and assist the pastor with his needs.

Theresa returned to her roots and followed her heart back to Bible Days Revival Church under the leadership of Pastor Byron Gaskin. Her last days at her “home” were spent working with the youth of the church.

Theresa’s last words to the words are “If I could sum up my life, I would want people to know that I loved God with all my heart and soul, that I walked by faith and not by sight, and I truly had a genuine love for people.

May she rest in peace with her One True Love, Jesus. AMEN

Helen Smiles (Jones) McKey

October 18, 1923 ~ February 22, 2023

Helen Smiles McKey, 99, of El Toro, Texas, passed on to her rest and reward on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at home with loved ones by her side.

She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Ira and Pearl Jones.  As the oldest of six children, she learned hard work and resposibility working on a farm.  These lessons stuck with her; one of her favorite sayings was, "Where there's a will, there's a way."  After graduating from La Ward High School, she was accepted into the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps at Methodist Hospital in Houston, where she earned her R.N.

Helen married John McKey on August 31, 1944, in Houston, while he was home on leave from the U.S. Navy.  When he had to report back to duty, she traveled alone on a train bound for Seattle - without a job or place to stay yet settled - so that the two could be together whenever John came into port.  She had the will, and she found a way.  This kind of love and devotion to one another was characteristic of the 63 years they had together.

After John was discharged in 1946, the couple made their home in Yucca Heights, near Victoria, and later moved to Telferner, where they lived for 17 years and raised their four children.  In May of 1964, Helen was named Public Health Nurse of Jackson County, leading the family to move to El Toro, Texas, where she remained for the rest of her life.  In recognition of her work, she received the Yellow Rose of Texas award from Governor Mark White.

After 21 years of diligent service, Helen retired from nursing.  She stayed busy, though, learning to play the tenor guitar so she could join John in performing bluegrass music throughout the area; they were a celebrated staple at several nursing homes.  Her new-found free time was also given over to family and friends, who she deeply loved.  She and John hosted many domino parties, enjoying numerous games of 42.  She enjoyed cooking for others, gardening, and working in her flower beds.  Her five grandchildren loved to stay at her house.  She later delighted in her six great-grandchildren.

Helen was also a longtime member of the Robinson Street church of Christ in Edna.  She loved singing church songs and sharing her love of the Lord with her spiritual family.  She was known for her kindness, wisdom, and encouragement to others.  With a middle name like "Smiles," perhaps it isn't surprising that she was so good at bringing a smile to those she was around.  It was certainly what she willed, and we have all been blessed by her determination to find a way.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, John Covey McKey; her parents, Ira W. and Nola Pearl Goode Jones; her brothers, Cecil, Leroy, and Raymond Jones; her sister Mildred Tipton; and her granddaughter Kaitie Braddock

She is survived by her sister Frankie Gerhard and her husband Paul, of Edna, and her children - Nola McKey of Austin, Doyle McKey and his wife Martine of Montpellier, France, Becky Braddock and her husband Walter of West Columbia, and Laura McKey of El Toro.

She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren: Kris Braddock, his wife Courtney, and their daughters Maddie, Kat, and Emma of Willow Park; Erin Adams, her husband Matt, and their sons Emerson and Alexander of Pearland; Clay Eads, his wife Whitney, and their son Henry of Westerville, Ohio; and Jennifer McKey of Denver, Colorado, and her partner Leandro Lovisolo.  The family also wishes to thank the caregivers from Senior Helpers and other caregivers who were attentive and tender in their time with Helen, as well as Hospice of South Texas, a much appreciated source of support and guidance as the end drew near.

Helen's funeral service will be held at Slavik Funeral Home Chapel, 209 N. Allen Street, in Edna, Texas, at 1:30 pm on Monday, February 27th, with burial to follow at Memory Gardens of Edna, 1300 N. Kleas Street.  Visitation will be at the funeral home starting at 12:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org/)

Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen St. Edna, TX 77957, 361-782-2152.

Doris Ellen Kolar McNabb

January 25, 1933 ~ November 13, 2023

Doris Ellen McNabb, born some almost 91 years ago, passed peacefully from this present world on Monday, November 13, 2023.  She was cared for, prayed for and loved most by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren until her final breath.  Doris was born January 25, 1933 in the rural community of LaSalle, TX to Henry and Wilma Gerik Kolar.  She was one of five children born into the Kolar family.  From an early age, Doris was taught the endless ways of homemaking and baking along side her mother.  Her family was most thankful for these skills as it produced countless pans of cakes and kolaches, many new handmade clothes and a spotless home for her family.  Doris learned to garden from both her parents, of which she delighted in her entire life.  She could grow anything with just a pile of dirt.  Doris graduated from Vanderbilt High School in 1949, and the following year in 1950, earned an Executive Secretarial Diploma from Durham's Business School in San Antonio.  She worked for some 30 years as the most friendly and stylish Bank Secretary & Cashier for numerous Banks in Beeville, TX.  She enjoyed her customers and took pride in her work thru those years.  As a matter of fact, she loved banking so much, she worked and then retired not once, but three times!  Her family believes that she loved the retirement parties.  One of many great gifts and blessings to her, was her devoted husband, Andrew "A.E." McNabb.  They were married on August 16, 1951 while A.E. served in the US Air Force.  While they both worked at building and sustaining a happy marriage, they adored one another beyond measure.  This love was on full display to anyone who knew them each day of their lives.  Doris and A.E. never missed an opportunity to hook onto their many travel trailers they owned and head to "Shellbank" at LaSalle.  This was their home away from home.  Sunsets at Shellbank were what they worked so hard for and lived for most in their later years.  They caught fish together until Heaven called A.E. home in 2011.  "They'll never be another "Mac" (as she called him) and I certainly don't want to train another one" she would say.  Doris and A.E. adored their four children, Donald, Janice, Terry and Michael immensely.  They spent every ounce of energy teaching and displaying what hard work, strong morals and a respectable character looked like.  For almost 60 years they were examples of what sweet love, commitment and forgiveness can produce.  Doris once said, "If I had it to do all over again, I'd do it the same way all over again.  I had the best, with the best, and I am Blessed."  Her family are those who were truly blessed by mom, grandma, sister and aunt."

Doris has been preceded in death by her husband, Andrew "A.E." McNabb, son Terry McNabb; parents Henry & Wilma Kolar; brother Clarence Kolar; sister-in-law LaDelle Kolar; and sister-in-law Leona Kolar.  Survivors include children Donald McNabb (Kathy) of LaSalle; daughter Janice Ellis (Charles) of Sinton; Michael McNabb (Carin) of Beeville.  Grandchildren: Amanda Toon (Nathan); Deven Bowerman (Tom); Dustin Ellis (Megan); Adam McNabb (Stacie).  Great Grandchildren: CD Ellis, LoReece Ellis, Madelyn McNabb, Landon McNabb, Andrew McNabb, Tyler Toon (Anna), Ashtyn Reddin (Gavin) and Austin Toon (Trista Hughes).  Siblings: Raymond Kolar (Hope), Larry Kolar and Sylvia Gentry (Bill).  Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and "adopted children she loved as if her own."  Doris lived each day as a gift  from God to love her family and those she called friend.  She was far from perfect, but she was perfect for us.  "True love, is that which can give the most without asking or demanding anything in return."  She lived this out best!

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Donor's Choice.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church in LaSalle, Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am, followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00 am with Father Johnson Owusu-Boateng officiating.  There will be a private family burial of ashes at St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery at a later date.

Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen Street, Edna, Texas 77957, 361-782-2152.
