Her words, “I was born a real estate broker,” placed her with Russ Lyon Realty and her own firm, Uhlmann International Real Estate and Development, which is widely known in real estate circles. She was often referred to as “Scottsdale’s Elizabeth Taylor.”Sharing a love for animals with husband RICHARD HOWLAND, they had numerous pets and raised miniature horses and Missouri Fox Trotters on their Wickenburg ranch “Quail Ridge”. He was a life-long resident of the Wickenburg area. His childhood was spent in Congress, and he was the youngest of 11 children.
