Mesa -- Donald E. Pack, 52, who came to Arizona in 1957 and had been body shop manager for Westside Toyota, died Oct. 29, 1979, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital. Mr. Pack was a World War II Veteran and a member of American Legion Post 26. He is survived by his children, Terri Renish, Debbie, Donald, Jr., Gary and James; mother, Lillian Carpenter; and two sisters. Graveside services were in Mountain View Memorial Gardens, 7900 E. Paul Lopez Parra, 43, a construction worker, died Oct. 26, 1979, in Maricopa County Hospital after a long illness. Mr. Parra, a native of Phoenix, is survived by his children, Pearl Lopez, Christina Baca, Carmen and Benny, and two brothers, Frank and Cruz L. of Phoenix. Mrs. Paster graduated from Exeter School of Art in Boston and attended Cape Cod School of Art. She moved to Arizona in 1965 from New Jersey. Services for Millie Patrick, 75, who moved to the Valley 12 years age from Akron, Ohio, were at Northwest Mortuary. Mrs. Patrick died Oct. 29, 1979, in a local hospital. Services for Kenyon D. Patton, 79, of 7817 S. 13th Place, who died Oct. 17, 1979, while visiting in El Cajon, Calif., will be Monday at Webber & Sons MOrtuary, 1641 E. Jefferson. He moved to Arizona 51 years ago from Texas and had been a carpenter in home construction. Surviving are his daughters, Wanda P. Woods and Muriel P. Mrs. Paulus is survived by her husband, Thomas H.; children, Valerie A., Leslie K., Stephen and Eric J.; mother, Lucille Benenato; three grandchildren and two sisters. PELLETIER, Otto H.

Mesa -- Services for Otto H. Pelletier, 93, were in Carr Mortuary, Tempe. Mr. Pelletier lived in the Valley since 1948 and died September 30, 1979. He was founder of the Bank of Colome, S.D. and served as its president until retiring due to ill health in 1944. A 32nd Degree Mason and Shriner, he had been in Republican politics in South Dakota, serving as auditor of Tripp County and secretary of the State Highway Commission. Pelott, 90, who moved to Scottsdale in 1958 from Evanston, Ill., and was a member of Paradise Valley Country Club, died Oct. 30, 1979, in Beverly Manor Care Center, Sun City. Mrs. Pelott, 112 Mountain Shadows West, is survived by her son, Hugh Hamilton; and four grandsons. Private services were Friday in the Family home, Messinger Mortuary announced. PEPI, John Anthony

Rosary for John Anthony Pepi, 36, was in Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. INdian School, Scottsdale. Mass was in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Mr. Pepi moved here in 1976 from East Boston where he was in the auto parts business and had been with Coulter Cadillac until he became ill. He died Nov. 1, 1979, in Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. PEREZ, Bonnie Lou

Buckeye -- Services for Bonnie Lou Perez, 28 who died Oct. 13, 1979, in an automobile accident near Tucson, were at the Buckeye Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Perez, a native of Washington, moved to Buckeye in 1959. She was a housewife. PEREZ, Rosalinda

Tolleson -- Rosary and Mass for Rosalinda Perez, 18, who was killed Nov. 3, 1979, in a one-car accident in west Phoenix, was at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. SHe was born in Texas and came to Arizona as an infant. Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guadalupe Perez; six sisters and four brothers. Nov. 5, 1979.

PETERSON, Hazel Leona

Mesa -- Hazel Leona Peterson, 80, who was born in Mesa, died Oct. 22, 1979, in her home. Mrs. Peterson attended Mesa schools and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include her children, Daisy Cummard and Robert; stepson, Dr. Wayne Peterson, 17 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. Oct. 24, 1979.

PETEFISH, Jean Marie

Graveside services for Frank R. Peterson, 93, who died Oct. 23, 1979, at a Huntington Beach, California, hospital, were at Greenwood Memorial Park, 2300 W. Van Buren. Mr. Peterson, a Wyoming native, lived in Phoenix until 1970 when he moved to Hungington Beach. He was a retired self-employed carpenter. PEW, Clayton M.

Show Low -- Clayton M. Pew, 73, who lived here since 1953 and ran the Pew Distributing Co. died Oct. 28, 1979, at Navapache Hospital. Mr. Pew, who was born and raised in Mesa, was office manager for Rainbo Bakery in Phoenix for 20 years before moving to Show Low. Services at the Second Ward Chapel of the Church of Jesus of Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial in Mesa City Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Virginia; two sons, Walter and Michael; two daughters, Marilyn Leffler and Pat Jorgenson; two brothers; 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
