Services for Isiah W. Lane, 70, who came here in 1942 and was a maintenance employee 35 years with 7-Up Bottling Co., were in First Institutional Baptist Church. Chandler -- May M. Lanie, 71, who came here in 1951 and retired as a teacher in 1972 at Denver School, died Oct. 17, 1979, in her home. Mrs. Lanie graduated from Indiana Central College. She is survived by her husband, Herman; children, Anne Badilla and Howard; and a grandchild. Rosary was in St. Mary Church. Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Remington, Indiana. LARSON, Lloyd J.

Apache Junction -- Lloyd J. Larson, 81, an artist and past president of the Chamber of Commerce here, died Oct. 5, 1979, in Mesa General Hospital. Mr. Larson, 1843 E. Superstition Dr., moved here 17 years ago from Marshalltown, Iowa. He was a retired general manager for Lennox Industries heating and air conditioning and a member of Apache Junction Rotary Club. Survivors include his wife, Nellie; daughter Mrs. Irene Smith of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Paul and James of Marshalltown, Iowa, William of Fayetteville, AR, and Dr. Lloyd Larson of Phoenix; and 18 grandchildren. Sedona -- Rosary for Christopher J. Lawler, 17, of Harmony Hills, was in Sedona Funeral Home. Christopher died Oct. 4, 1979, in Chavez Canyon from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Roydon A. Livermore, 66, who came to Arizona in 1959 from Oregon, was vice president of Empire Machinery Co. 26 years. He died Oct. 22, 1979, in his home. Mr. Livermore, 11835 S. Tonopah, Ahwatukee, was a member of Masonic Lodge 19 and the Shrine. Mary E. Lockhart, 89, who moved here in 1959 from South Dakota and had been a high school teacher 50 years, died Sept. 30, 1979, in Arizona Senior Guest Lodge. Mrs. Lockhart was a Presbyterian and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Survivors include her children, Frances Davis, James and William and five grandchildren. Mrs. Lopez, a native of Mexico, moved to Hayden as a child. She was a housewife. He was a native of Phoenix, had been a building construction cement finisher and lived at 1201 S. 18th St. He was Vietnam veteran and member of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include his mother, Ortensia; grandmother, Nellie Torres, five sisters, Nina, Frances, Mary Lou Andre, Connie Zamarron and Charlotte Ortega; and three brothers, Alfredo, Manuel, David. LUELLIG, Paul J.

Services for Paul J. Luellig, 80, who had lived in Arizona since 1925 and died Oct. 22, 1979, in his home near Buckeye were in Memory Lawn Mortuary. Mr. Luellig had operated Paul's Mexican Restaurant and Bar at 83rd Avenue and U.S. 80 until 1962, had farmed in Avondale and Buckeye since 1949 and farmed in Coolidge until 1930. He also owned the Wagon Wheel Restaurant in Tolleson from 1933 to 1949. He was a member of Elks Lodge 335 and the Moose. LYNCH, Emzy H.

Emzy H. "Swede" LYNCH, 83, who was a member of the first Arizona Wildcat football team at the University of Arizona in 1914 under coach J. F. "Pop" McKale, died July 4, 1979, in Good Samaritan Hospital. My Lynch, 1622 N. 11th St., left college to serve in the Army in World War I. He returned to the UofA, became captain of the Wildcats and graduated with a degree in mining engineering in 1919. His career included work as a mining engineer for Inspiration Copper Co. at Miami. He also taught physics and was athletic coach at Northern Arizona University. In 1930 he became a federal marshal until he was appointed Arizona commander of the Civilian Conservation Corps. During World War II he served as a captain of the Arizona Induction Center, was on two tours of duty in Japan and was commanding officer of the Prisoner of War Camp at Florence. He retired as a lieutenant colonel after 37 years in the Army and in 1955 became a bailiff in Judge Henry Steven's court. He was adult probation officer when he retired I 1966. He was a member of the UofA Alumni Association, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, a WWI Veterans Barracks and American Legion Post I. Mr. Lynch, who came to Arizona in 1900 in a covered wagon from his native Texas, is survived by his wife, Faye Isaac LYNCH; daughter, Gwendolyn Gale GRIMES and two grandsons. Services in A. L.
