RAMIREZ, Eddie M.

Eddie M. Ramirez, 69, died Monday, July 15, 1974, in Doctor Hospital. He had lived in Phoenix 55 years and was a newspaper boy for The Arizona Republic and later worked for O'Connell Bros. auto body shop on Central Ave. He established the Peerless Auto Top Shop here in 1927 and in recent years specialized in restoring antique cars. He served three terms as president of Aliaza Americana Fraternity and was a member of the Lost chord Club and a charter member of St. Mark's Parish. Wife, Petra; children, Robert, Eddie F., Mrs. Robert Chavez, Mrs. Jesus Zamora and Mrs. Ernest Morales; stepmother, Mrs. Valentina Monarrez; brothers, Matias, Larry and Joe; four half-brothers and five half-sisters; 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. RAMOS, Catalina Maria

Safford -- Mrs. Catalina Maria Ramos, 63, died Friday, June 7, 1974, in a local nursing home. Daughter, Mrs. Esther Ross; a sister, Mrs. Alice Montoya and two other sisters and two brothers out of state. Services and burial were in Archbold, Ohio. Caldwell Funeral Home. 6/9/1974.

RAMSEY, K. Frank

Tempe -- K. Frank Ramsey, 22, was killed Saturday, July 6, 1974, in a pickup truck accident in South Mountain Park. He was a warehouse manager for Anthony Pools. He was born in Mesa and graduated from Tempe High School and attended Devry Institute of Technology. He was an Eagle Scout. Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth C. RATH, Irene S.

Irene S. Rath, 92, died Thursday, June 13, 1974, in St. Joseph's Hospital. He had been a volunteer hospital Gray Lady after cominghere 23 years ago from her native Oak Park, Illinois. She was a member of the First Congregational Church and Washington Garden Club. Survivors include a son, Robert W.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mercer Mortuary. RATHSACK, Marguerite

Marguerite Rathsack, 81, died Thursday, June 27, 1974, in her home at 2136 W. Clarendon. She had been a trust officer of the First National Bank in Toledo. Survivors include a nephew, Donald Kross, and other nephews and nieces. Northwest Mortuary. Burial in her native Toledo, Ohio. 6/28/1974.

Myra Sherrick Raymond, 92, of 3333 N. Civic Center Plaza, Scottsdale, died Sunday, June 2, 1974, in a Phoenix hospital. She came to Phoenix in 1914. Sons, John C. and Henry S.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial was private. 6/3/1974.

REED, Carl Eugene

Carl Eugene Reed, 51, a welder for Valley Steel in Tempe, died Friday, June 14, 1974, of a heart attack at his home, 207 E. Jefferson. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Son, David. Services and burial were in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 6/19/1974.

Miami -- Mrs. Pearl Reed, 83, died Monday, June 24, 1974, in Gila General Hospital. Survivors include a brother, Emmett G. Sanders, and a sister, Mrs. Bessie Davis. Burial in Pinal Cemetery. 6/26/1974.

REEDER, John D.

John D. Reeder, 54, died Friday, June 28, 1974, in St. Joseph's Hospital. He was an accountant and had owned an accounting firm in Phoenix 15 years and an office in his home at Pine the past four months. He had been comptroller a year for KTAR-TV. REEVES,Roscoe R.

Apache Junction -- Roscoe R. Reeves, 77, a retired carrier driver for a sawmill in Toledo, Oregon, died Wed., June 19, 1974, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital. He was a World War II Navy veteran. REHM, Theodore A.

Theodore A. Rehm, 72, a corporation executive, died Wed., July 3, 1974. He was founder of the Keystone Custodian Funds in Philadelphia which merged with Boston Fiduciary and became the Keystone Corporation in 1932. He was vice president of supervisory and operating phases of the corporation from 1932 until retiring to Scottsdale in 1954. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1924 and began his career with Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia. He was born in Meriden, Connecticut. Wife, Marianna Barnes Rehm; daughters, Sanchia, Joan-Audrey, Beverly, Perdita, and Nadine; a brother; a sister; and 10 grandchildren. Services in Valley Presbyterian Church, Scottsdale. Fern V. Reid, 56, who came to Phoenix in 1918 and was a member of the Arizona Fire Fighters Auxiliary, died Tuesday, July 16, 1974, in St. Luke's Hospital. Husband, John T.; a son, John H.; a brother, Don Schopp; and two grandchildren. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. 7/19/1974.

REIDHEAD, Rose M.

Heber -- Mrs. Rose M. Reidhead, 78, died Monday, June 24, 1974, in Navapache Hospital in Show Low. She was a housewife and had helped in the Snowflake school cafeteria. RHOTON, Mae Lamb

Mrs. Mae Lamb Rhoton, 90, was born in Mesa and died Saturday, June 22, 1974, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital. She attended one of the first classes at Tempe Normal School, now Arizona State University. She and her late husband were cattle ranchers in Superior. Sons, Leonard Bellamy, Robert Kellis, LeRoy Kellis, Jack Kellis, Bert Bellamy and Raymond Kellis; daughters, Mrs. Winifred Cardon, Mrs. Nora Hamblin; and brookie Brown; a sister out of state; 28 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. He was a member of Operating Engineers Union Local 426 and died Thursday, Oct. 24, 1974, in hi home in Tempe Mobile Home Park. He was born in Mesa and lived in Tempe the past six months. Leopoldo Rivas, 77, who was born in Tempe, died Monday, June 3, 1974, in St. Luke's Hospital. He was employed many years as a hay baler and nine years in the City of Tempe water department.
