Eddie M. Ramirez, 69, died Monday, July 15, 1974, in Doctor Hospital. He had lived in Phoenix 55 years and was a newspaper boy for The Arizona Republic and later worked for O'Connell Bros. auto body shop on Central Ave. He established the Peerless Auto Top Shop here in 1927 and in recent years specialized in restoring antique cars. He served three terms as president of Aliaza Americana Fraternity and was a member of the Lost chord Club and a charter member of St. Mark's Parish. Wife, Petra; children, Robert, Eddie F., Mrs. Robert Chavez, Mrs. Jesus Zamora and Mrs. Ernest Morales; stepmother, Mrs. Valentina Monarrez; brothers, Matias, Larry and Joe; four half-brothers and five half-sisters; 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. RAMOS, Catalina Maria

RAMSEY, K. Frank

Tempe -- K. Frank Ramsey, 22, was killed Saturday, July 6, 1974, in a pickup truck accident in South Mountain Park. He was a warehouse manager for Anthony Pools. Irene S. Rath, 92, died Thursday, June 13, 1974, in St. Joseph's Hospital. He had been a volunteer hospital Gray Lady after cominghere 23 years ago from her native Oak Park, Illinois. Theodore A. Rehm, 72, a corporation executive, died Wed., July 3, 1974. He was founder of the Keystone Custodian Funds in Philadelphia which merged with Boston Fiduciary and became the Keystone Corporation in 1932. He was vice president of supervisory and operating phases of the corporation from 1932 until retiring to Scottsdale in 1954. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1924 and began his career with Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia. He was born in Meriden, Connecticut. Wife, Marianna Barnes Rehm; daughters, Sanchia, Joan-Audrey, Beverly, Perdita, and Nadine; a brother; a sister; and 10 grandchildren. Services in Valley Presbyterian Church, Scottsdale. Clifton -- Mario M. Rodriguez, 55, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 1974, in Veterans Hospital at Fort Lyons, Colorado. He servied in the Army in Europe during World War II and had been a patient at the hospital in Fort Lyons for five years. He had been wounded during the war. He was a native of Hayden and moved to Safford in 1928. He later lived in New Mexico but returned to Clifton to work for Phelps Dodge until ill health forced him to retire. Sons, Frank, Mario, Jr., Tavino, J.R., and Joe; daughters, Mrs. Terry Kraff and Filomena; his mother, Filomena; brothers, Felix and Joe S.; a sister, LUpe Garcia; and three grandchildren. Thomas Richard Ross, 57, an engineer for the Phoenix Fire Department, died of a heart attack Thursday, June 27, 1974, en route to John C. Lincoln Hospital. ROTH, Allen G.

Allen G. Roth, 41, a Sheriff's Detective who suffered a back sprain while making an arrest in late April, developed meningitis while being treated, and died in St. Joseph's Hospital Sunday, June 2, 1974. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and came to Phoenix 30 years ago. He attended Kenilworth Grade School and graduated from Phoenix Union High School and Phoenix College and attended the Air Force Academy. He was wounded in action during the Korean conflict and received the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal and combat leaf and Purple Heart. He joined the sheriff's department in January 1973. ROUNSEVEL, Walter H.

Walter H. ROunsevel, 91, died Sat., July 6, 1974, in Phoenix Medicenter. He had owned and operated Castle Hot Springs, a resort hotel about 50 miles northwest of Phoenix from 1923 to 1968 when it was sold to Talley Industries. He resided in the Hotel Westward Ho after the sale of Castle Hot Springs. He was a native of Newport, N.H., and came to Arizona in 1923 from California. Mr. Rounsevel operated Castle Hot Springs, originally built as a sanatorium in 1890, continuously, except for a period during World War II when it was leased to the Army. He had no immediate survivors. Burial in Los Angeles. 7/8/1974.

Des Moines, a past president of the Montana Automobile Association, was a veteran of World War I and World War II and a Mason 50 years. Edward T. Ryan, 71, a retired radio dispatcher, died Thurs., July 4, 1974, at Bells Lodge Nursing Home. Children, Mrs. Lois Gibbs, Mrs. Zella McDorman, Mrs. Wanda Middleton, Mrs. Betty Williams, Mrs. Wilma Miller, and Joe Ryan; four brothers; a sister; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. RYCHEL, Helene R.

Helene R. Rychel, 72, of Scottsdale, died Wed., Oct. 23, 1974, in Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Church of St. Theresa and a past president of American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliaries. Husband, Leon; children, Mrs. Delores Dimmei of Scottsdale and William, of Oak Park, Illinois; a brother; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services and burial were in her native Chicago. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Chicago, Ill. 10/25/1974.
