John L. Bahr, Sr., 67, of Mesa, a retired farmer, died Friday, Oct. 26, 1974, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital. BAILEY, Richard E.

Tucson -- Richard E. Bailey, 37, who served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 1966 to 1968, was dead on arrival Monday, June 24, 1974, at the Tucson Medical Center. He had been practicing law in Tucson since 1964. Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bailey; children, Victoria and Richard E. Bailey; and a sister, Mrs. Zilan Hollingshead and a sister out of state. BAILEY, Victor Hugo, Rev.

Mesa -- Rev. Victor Hugo Bailey, 80, of Deserama Mobile Ranch, died Tuesday, June 4, 1974, in Denver. He was an ordained Baptist minister in 1932 in Ulysses, Kansas, and had been a pastor in Kansas, Colorado, and Arizona. He retired in 1951 due to ill health. Wife, Ethel; children, mrs. Deana Donahue, Mrs. Victoria Ayers, Mrs. Christine Glassullo, Claude and Eugene Bailey; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. 6/7/1974.

BAKER, Napoleon J.

Peoria -- Napoleon J. Baker, 64, came to the Valley nine years ago from California and died Sunday, June 9, 1974, in Phoenix General Hospital. He was a foster parent 26 years and had owned the Young Acres Boys Ranch in Peoria. He was a member of the Ealges lodge in Phoenix. BAKER, Lawrence L.

Lawrence L. Baker, 74, died Wed., July 17, 1974, in his home at 4608 E. Montecito. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and Eagles and had been employed 37 1/2 years by the Timken Roller Bearing Co. BALDWIN, Virgil A.

Scottsdale -- Services for Mrs. Virgil A. Baldwin, 71, who died Tuesday, July 16, 1974, in Scottsdale Memorial Hospital, were in Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School. BALINGER, Forrest "Frank"

Prescott -- Forrest "Frank" Balinger, 73, died Saturday, June 8, 1974, in his home. He was a retired employe of the Santa Fe Railway and had worked in the oil fields of Oklahoma. BALL, Mae L.

Mae L. Ball, died Wednesday, July 10, 1974, in a La Jolla hospital. She had lived in Phoenix eight years until recently. Husband, William H.; children, Frederick E. and Mrs. Betty Roberts. Private family services were in La Jolla, Calif. 7/17/1974.

BAMMERLIN, John Lewis

John Lewis Bammerlin, 82, who had been with the U. S. Postal Service 41 years until retiring in 1965, died Sunday in Phoenix Nursing & Convalescent Center. The P. O. Federal Credit Union here was named in his honor. Mr. Bammerlin, of 1427 E. Colter, an Army veteran of World War I had lived in Phoenix since 1925. He was a member of the Luke Greenway American Legion Post Veterans of Foreign Wars and First Congregational Church. Services were Thursday in his church, 1407 N. BARNES, Jack

Chandler -- Jack Barnes, 74, who had farmed and ranched since 1938 in Queen Creek where he contributed the original site for Arizona Boys Ranch, died Tuesday in his Chandler home, 409 Washington. Mr. Barnes came to Peoria in 1920 from his native Texas. He built a home in Chandler in 1948. Survivors include his wife, Mabel K.; children, Mrs. Linda Schnepf, Mrs. Jackie Hall, Phillip and Lt. Col. William A. Barnes; a sister, Mrs. C. L. Sparks; and 10 grandchidlren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Bueler Mortuary Chapel, 14 W. Hulet. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Eino Henry Bay, 66, and his wife, Olena Bay, 62, were found dead Saturday, June 15, 1974, in their trailer home at 101 N. 32nd St. Mr. Bay, a retired construction foreman, is survived by a son, Ole; a daughter, Mrs. Janet Nyberg; brothers, Arno, John and George; four grandchildren.

She was director of social services in Maricopa County for the State of Arizona and was active in programs for retarded children throughout the state. John G. Bergstrom, 86, a retired street car conductor, died Monday, June 3, 1974, in Good Samaritan Hospital. He worked 40 years with the Twin City Lines in Minneapolis and St. Paul. BLOEDEL, Robert Henry

Sun City -- Robert Henry Bloedel, 67, died Wed., June 26, 1974, in Boswell Hospital. He had been an electrical engineer for 41 years for Commonwealth Edison in Chicago and was a World War II veteran. He was a member of the Masons, Retired Officers Club and High 12 Lions Club. He graduated from South Dakota State University.
