NAHAT, Fred H.

Glendale -- Trisagion services for Fred H. Nahat, 60, were in Chapel of the Chimes. Mass in St. George Orthodox Church, 4502 E. Indian School. Mr. Nahat had retired from the grocery business in Michigan and died Thurs., June 27, 1974, in Glendale Samaritan Hospital. He was a Mason in his nativer Detroit and a member of the Lebanon-Syrian American Club here. Wife, Linda; children, Mrs. Sandra Hasbany, Denise, Dennis and Leon; five sisters and a brother; and three grandchildren. Burial in Resthaven Park. 6/29/1974.

NAHMIAS, Joe D.

Joe D. Nahmias, 53, died Wed., June 19, 1974, in Phoenix Veterans Hospital. He was a salesman and an Army veteran of World War II. Wife, Molly; children, Dave and Mrs. Anita CHildress; his mother, Mrs. Anna Nahmias; two brothers and two sisters; and a grandchild. Sinai Mortuary. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. 6/21/1974.

NEFF, Margaretta J.

Margaretta J. Neff, 64, died June 1, 1974, in California. She had been a secretary for elementary schools here and later for the Phoenix Union High School District until retiring in 1967. Husband, Delvert; a daughter, Mrs. Sharon Lynne Armstrong; a sister, mrs. Jean Cotterman; two other sisters and a brother out of state; and five grandchildren. Services in the First United Methodist Church. 6/11/1974.

NELMS, Carter L.

Globe -- Carter L. Nelms, 76, died Friday, June 7, 1974, in Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. Mr. Nelms was a mechanic for Inspiration Consolidated Copper Co. NELSON, Roxie
