Paradise Valley -- Edward P. "Ned" Weller, 74, 6708 N. 48th St., died Monday, Jan. 12, 1976, in the Medicenter. He was Arizona representative for the Allen-Bradley Co. of Milwaukee from 1952 until May. After coming here he was a charter member and principal organizer of the Electrical Manufacturers Representative Association of the Valley of the Sun ELectric League. He attended the University of North Carolina. Survivors include his wife, Emelie; sons, Nelson S., Donald D., John B. and Lt. Ronald E. Weller; two brothers and a sister; and five grandchildren. WILLIAMS, William H.

Tucson -- Proper medical treatment for bronchial pneumonia would have saved the life of an American who was held in a Nogales, Mexico, jail, a Pima County pathologist said Thursday. Dr. Louis B. Hirsch, who watched the autopsy of William H. Williams last month said the death could have been treated. Williams, 28, was awaiting trial on drug charges and died in his cell January 23, 1976. Hirsch said he probably contracted pneumonia when he spent a cold night in an abandoned car outside the jail after an escape attempt. 13 Feb 1976

WILSON, Arthur

Peoria -- Arthur Wilson, 79, of 11411 N. 91st Ave., died Thursday, January 8, 1976, in Boswell Hospital. He retired after 40 years with the National Police Traffic Safety Institute and had introduced and promoted driver training and traffic safety programs nationwide in high schools and was a member of a number of state and national law enforcement associations. He was a World War I veteran and charter member of the Elks Club in Dalhart, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Edith; stepchildren, Elizabeth Parrish, Norma Thompson, David, Glenn, Charles and Ernest Wallace, Jr.; 27 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
