DAVENPORT, KING -
I'm researching my King line in Bedford Co, Va. The earliest information I have is for
Samuel B. King, Sr. who was born in Ireland in 1746. He moved to Bedford County and
married Elizabeth Underwood Davenport in 1769. They had 5 children (Joseph, Samuel B.,
Jr., Jonathan, Benjamin and Elizabeth). I am descended from Samuel B., Jr. who was born in
1772 in Bedford Co. I need information on this family. Thanks.
