Bradshaw hath deposed. the marke of Ann Bradshaw 20th March 1655 Jurat in Cur Elizabeth Walker aged 48 yeares or thereabouts sworne & examined sayth the very same verbatim that Robert and Ann Bradshawe hath deposed and farther this Depont. sayeth that the said Thomas Hayle said that if his Daughter came to looke for anything that Thomas Sheapheard should give her twelve pence for her portion & further this Depont sayth not.

Court, 20 May 1656 Whereas at the parting & dividing of Cattle the moneth of September in the yeare 1653, betweene Temperance Bradshaw and Robert Bradshawe there was left unto the said Temperance tenn cowes & two heyfers whereof one heyfer be since dead. the cattle that are alive, (vizt.) the one being color black & white, the other cowe & heyfer being both colour browne & mealy mouthed and all marked with a forke on the right eare & a halfe moone under both eares; Now know yee that I Temperance Bradshawe, Relict of John Bradshawe deceased, doe for me my heires & assignes confirme unto Robert Bradshawe his heires & assignes for ever all the cattle aforesaid with their increase & doe for ever disclayme any right title or interest I or any of my heirs &c. have or hereafter clayme to the said Cattle or any of their increase. Court, 20 September 1658 Whereas Wm Bashaw, an orphan was bound an apprentice to Ralph Horsley who (by Indenture) was to teach the sd Bashaw his trade being a taylor and whereas the sd Horsley is now decd & the said orphan since under the guardianship of Mr James Hauley administrator of the sd Horsley, his trade altogether being neglected to be taught him, The Cort doth therefore order that the sd Mr. Hauley shall forthwth put in Security for performance of the premises according to Indenture and that the sd orphane shall continue his sd trade till the expiration of his time by Indenture & if the sd Mr. Hawley shll refuse or neglect to put in Security as aforsd or to teach the sd orphan his trade then hee to be free from the sd Mr Hawley & likewise the sd Mr Hawley to pay Cort charges.
