Francis was a sister to four brothers Raymond Encinias (died 1994), Jose Encinias (died 1945), Charles Encinias, and Albert Encinias (died 2006). Born in Alamosa, Colorado., After nine years of age she was raised in Denver, Colorado in an orphanage, during the "Great Depression". Her husband and four brothers were in the Military in World War II. She lived in Pueblo, Colorado then moved to Mesa, Arizona. Services were held in Denver Colorado.
