Dale A. Napier, 67, of Coolidge, a retired carpenter, died Nov. 14, 1988. He was born in Ewing, Nebraska, and served in the Army during World War II. NEEL, Virgil K.

Virgil K. Neel, 82, of Sun City, a foreman for Westinghouse in Ohio, died Nov. 15, 1988. He was born in Harrisburg, Ohio. Survivors include his wife, Mable; a son; one daughter; two sisters; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Memorial services Sun City Christian Church, 98th Ave & Palmeras Lane, Sun City. NEWMAN, Margaret C.

Margaret C. Newman, 74, of Phoenix, a homemaker, died Nov. 16, 1988. She was born in Wise, Virginia. Survivors include her daughter, Ella Mae Lenz; a son, Andrew Riggs; one brother; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Graveside services Green Acres Memorial Gardens, 401 N. Hayden Road. NUTTER, Duane E.

Duane E. Nutter, 61, of Phoenix, an insurance salesman, died Oct. 26, 1989. He was born in Little Falls, Minnesota. Survivors include his wife, Betty; three sons; one brother; and five grandchildren.
