Anzo Mae Mallow, 87, of Mesa, a clerk for a dry cleaning business, died March 21, 1989. She was born in Iowa. Survivors include a son, Paul; and two grandchildren. Phil Martin, 66, of Prescott, a real estate broker, died Dec. 27, 1987, in Prescott. He was born in Gilroy, California, and was an armed service veteran. McMILLIAN, Barbara HORSBURGH

Services for Barbara McMillian, 57, of Mesa, were at Mountain View Mortuary, 7900 E. Apache Trail, Mesa. She died Wed., Oct. 11, 1989, at Desert Samaritan Hospital in Mesa. Burial in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Born in England, Mrs. McMillian moved to Arizona 30 years ago. She was an insurance broker. R. R. "Ray" Melton, of Litchfield Park, a retired Air Force colonel, died Dec. 30, 1987, in Chicago. He was born in Henderson, Kentucky, and was a World War II and Vietnam War veteran who was awarded the Silver Star, Flying Cross and Purple Heart.
