Mae Ella Lee, 90, of Phoenix, a retired seamstress, died Dec. 30, 1987, in Phoenix. She was born in Texas. Survivors include her sisters, Betty ROWLAND and PerryLee SMITH; and brother, Perry BRIDGES. LEFFEL, Paul C.

Paul C. Leffel, 82, of Sun City, retired owner and president of the Leffel Co. in Missouri, died Dec. 31, 1987, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. He was born in Anna, Illinois. Survivors include his wife, Thelma; son, Russell "Rusty"; sister, Edna DISNEY; and two grandchildren. Services were held in Kansas. Sunland Mortuary made arrangements.
