AUSTIN, HOLLAND, MOORE -
I am researching the Holland Family in Southwest Virginia in the counties of Bedford,
Floyd, Franklin and Montgomery. My great grandfather was William Reily Holland b. about
1820, d. 14 September 1897 in Floyd County, Virginia. He married Mary Jane (Polly) Moore,
of Franklin County, VA on 27 December 1843. They had 13 children, 11 of which lived to maturity.
I am trying to determine the parents of William Reily Holland. The parents of Polly
Moore were John Moore and Annie Austin of Franklin County, VA. Thank you.

MORRIS, WILSON -
I'm trying to find out some information about George WILSON and Elizabeth MORRIS,
married in Bedford County on March 24, 1828. I would like to know if they had any children, and
if they left Bedford County anytime before 1850. Help would be greatly appreciated.

JETER, TURNER -
Lt. Henry JETER is my ancestor and I want to know more about him. My Gr Gr grandfather
James Monroe TURNER was his grandson through Lucy Carter JETER who married John H.
TURNER. I understand there is a monument in Bedford County comemorating his role in the
Revolutionary War. Is that correct? John H. TURNER died 11 Oct. 1864 in connection with
the War Between the States. Was he a civilian or a soldier?

to Grief WRIGHT. Joel and Emiline's other children are William Washington. Samuel F.,
Thomas G. Sarah C., and Emiline.
