His father Henry was apparently living in Campbell Co at the time he signed for permission for Henry to marry. I have the Henry D. Searching for additional information on my great-grandfather's family. His name was George Thomas Taylor born in Bedford Co. between 1846 & 1854. son of Adam Taylor & Frances (Newman) Taylor. I've been told by distant cousins there was a place known as Taylor's Mountain where they all lived. Found Adam & Frances on 1850 census, but his name is incorrectly listed as Artam. and found 4 children, Sam. P; Jm.; R., & one I can't read possibly Keziah. George married Nancy Jane Parker (Mitchell) and sometime around 1880 they moved to Bluefield, W. Va. Any help finding George would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
