Alexander White, 61, a native of Floyd, died last night at the local hospital following a lengthy illness.

The deceased is survived by two brothers, one sister, and the following children, Homer of Snowville; C. T. of Hiwassie; Benjamin of Pearisburg; and daughters at Danville & Riner.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday morning from the home in Snowville with interment in the family cemetery near the home.
