warehouse, blacksmith shop, wagon shed, hog pen, corn crib, 
chicken house, a small 2-story frame tenant house, a fruit 
orchard.  The house and barn are supplied with water from 
a well by a wind pump; the creek passes through the fields; 
suited for a dairy business.
