ZAHN, Donald F.

Memorial services for Donald F. Zahn, 68, retired vice president and secretary-treasurer of PBS&W Co., will be today in Bethany Bible Church, 6060 N. Seventh Ave. Mr. Zahn moved here 30 years ago from Chicago. He was a charter member of the church, Gideons International, Christian Business Mens Association, Kiwanis Club and served on the United Indian Mission board. ZAVITZ, Robert D.

Robert D. Zavitz, 73, of 2438 W. Seldon, the owner of Frontier Frozen Foods until retiring in 1972, died Sunday, April 3, 1977, in Phoenix Community Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Ruth K.; son, Robert R.; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild. Private services were announced by A. L. Moore & Sons. Published in the Arizona Republic 4/4/1977.

ZEMAITIS, Nelle M.

Prescott -- A rosary for Nelle M. Zemaitis, 65, who died April 14, 1978, in Yavapai Community Hospital, was at Memory Chapel. Funeral mass in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mrs. Zemaltis was a registered nurse at the Whipple Veterans Administration Center at Fort Whipple, Yavapai Community Hospital and Arizona Pioneer Home. Services for Everett Thomas Zerban, 65, a roofer who moved to Arizona from St. Charles, Missouri, were at A. L. Moore and Sons. Zerban, 3032 W. Cypress, died Monday, April 24, 1978,in a Valley hospital. Doris L. "Doddie" Zober, 54, a waitress 21 years for Ramada Inn in Phoenix, died June 20, 1978. She moved to Phoenix in 1945 from Texas. Husband, Leo; children, Patricia Tungate, Robert and Ronald Finley; four grandchildren; two sisters. Published in the Arizona Republic 6/24/1978.

ZOOK, Nina Angelina

Nina Angelina Zook, 63, was a native of Phoenix and died June 25, 1978. She was one of the 34 women stars nominated into the first Arizona Softball Hall of Fame. He was an original member of the W.O.W. and Lettuce Queens, two of the first softball teams organized in the valley. She was picked by the Ramblers team to go to Chicago for the world championship in 1939. Husband, Robert L.; children, Cheril Gammons, Phil Stockton, Dennis and the Rev. ZUROFF, Meldon S.

Tempe -- Services for Meldon Spenik Zuroff, 24, who died April 14, 1978, at his parents; home at 215 E. Palmcroft, were in the Chapel of Light, Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road. Mr. Zuroff, a chemical engineer, was born in Mesa. He was graduated from Tempe Union High School and Arizona State University. He had been living in Brea, Calif., and was visiting.
