When the Civil War started in 1861, Arizona was part of the New Mexico Territory, which was formed in 1850. If you have any historical information on a specific soldier from a war: pictures, biographical information, pension records, etc., we would love to post it here. A new page will be added just for your "Soldier." Your soldier must have been a part of a historical war prior to 1921 and MUST have a connection to Navajo County. Please contact the County Coordinator using the Contact Us at the bottom of any page. Thank you.
