I am interested in finding out about my mother's family and background. She was born in Carroll Co. June 18, 1915 her name was Mattie Frazier. She had a sister named Mollie, Mattie died of TB in 1944....any help will be appreciated.

CHEATHAM, COLES -
I am attempting to obtain information about my Great Grandparents John William CHEATHAM and Cora COLES. They were married in Washington, DC in 1892, however, they noted on the marriage certificate that they were from Lambsburg, VA. Any information that could be of assistance will be greatly appreciated. (Note: The Census in Pittsburgh, PA where they resided stated that they were mulatto) .

I have my grandfathers Bible, the names in it are as follows: Mallard G. Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. July 17, 1887; Gilbert G. Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. July 16, 1890; Raskia R. Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. April 23, 1895; Senia E. Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. April 22, 1898; John E. Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. April 19, 1901; Burnie O Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. April 21, 1904; and George W. Rumley, Carroll Co. Va. June 1, 1908. My grandfather was George Washington Rumley. I am trying to find anything On the Rumleys of Carroll Co, as all the children were born there. I don't know the father of The above children. Hope you can help. Thanks so much,
