Practiced, Chipley, Fla., 1907-32, Tallahassee, Fla., since 1934. Member Florida State Senate, 1912, 21 and 23. Chairman, State Democratic Executive Committee 1928; Florida State Road Department, 1932; National Recovery Board (Fla.), since 1933. Member Kappa Alpha; Tallahassee Bar Association; Masons (K. T., Shrine), Elks, I. O. O. F., K. of P. Married, one daughter. Office, Tallahassee, Fla.
