Jefferson County
To all to whose these presents shall
come greeting. Where as Mary Sealy
at present of the Territory & County
aforesaid, has been duly qualified
according to Law Administratrix of
all and singular the goods
chattlels, rights and credits of Eli
Sealy dec'd late of said County and
she entered into bond obligatory to
the governor and his successions in
office with Walter R. Blackburn and
Darius Williams as securities
thereto in the penalty of one
thousand dollars, conditioned for
the faithful performance of said
duties as administratrix aforesaid.
Now know ye that Administration of
all the goods & chattels, rights and
credits of Eli Sealy dec'd is hereby
granted to said Mary Sealy.
Given under my hand and seal this
4th day of January AD 1838 S. R.

Administration are duly recorded in
Book of Wills, Letters Testamontary
and Letters of Administration this
4th January 1838.
