2021 Location update: Located in an open pasture on top of a hill overlooking the West Fork of Little River; 500 yards SE from the home of the Huff family (151 Slusher Grant Ln NW).  Access is thru the Huffs' front yard, so please notify the Huffs if you intend to visit. It is fenced and very well maintained. It is visible using Google Earth.

1921 while running the mill West Fork begun by Charles Turman and then run by Francis Marion Slusher after Civil War. After deaths

of Jacob & Telitha Slusher, Winfield Callohill & Texas (Snead) Lester bought the land and lived in their home; Loula sold land and home

to George Wm. Slusher s/o O.P. & Mary Slusher; George Wm. sold it to son George Lester f/o Maurice Slusher.
