This is Leonard Williams and Mother, Seymia (Meyers) Williams.
Youngest of my great grandmothers (Malinda Meyers on page 4) 13 children. 12
lived 1 died at birth. She was the 12th child born to Malinda and Simmonett
Myers in Marlin, Falls Co., Texas on September 4, 1903 in Marlin, Falls Co.,
Texas and died April 26, 1987 in Lawrence, Kansas at the age of 83.
She and Roscoe Williams were married in Fort Worth, Tx in 1927, he died in
1958. They had 5 children: Roscoe V. Williams who graduated from
Booker T. Washington High School in 1950. He had six children and he
died February 23, 1999 in Kansas City. Betty J. (Williams)
Lindsey, Overland Park, Kansas, Myrna L.(williams) Walker, N. Babylon, NY and
Leonard D Williams, Lancaster, Ca. are the remaining children of Seymia and
Roscoe Williams. |

This is my oldest brother Charles Edward Bell and his first wife Gloria Dean
(King) Bell after my father, Minster Marshall Edward Bell married them at our
in Marlin. Both of them have passed away. |

This is my great Uncle Wonzer Meyers on the left and my grandfather (my
mothers father) Jerome Meyers on the right. Both were sons of Malinda Meyers.
Both died at the age of 99 and are buried in Portland, Oregon. |

This is my mother Alyene (Meyers) Bell in the early 1900's before my
grandfather left to fight in World War I. Alyene (Meyers) Bell was the
daughter of Jerome Meyers & Elizabeth (Williams) Meyers, and was the wife of
Minster Marshall Edward Bell. Elizabeth (Williams) Meyers and her only older
brother died from Typhoid Fever before my grandfather went to World War I. |

Meddie Boson of Dallas, Texas. Boson is her second married name. She was first
married to Will and Betty (Meyers) Fulbright's son which I don't know his
name. He died before his mother and Meddie remarried after I was born. She is
still living in Dallas today. This is her graduation photo when she graduated
from Booker T. Washington High School but I don't know the year. |

This is my fathers mother who died before I was born. She was 1st wife of to
Charlie Bell. My fathers real parents were named Louis K. Davis and Mary Davis
which were never married but had the same last name. Charlie Bell was Mary
Davis's cousin who adoptive my father, Minister Marshall Edward Bell at birth.
My mother had two sisters and one brother. She is the only one still alive. My
grandmother Elizabeth and my uncle died from typhoid fever before my
grandfather went to World War I. My mother and her sister Mataland Meyers
lived with my great grandmother Melinda Meyers. Her baby sister Jocellia
(Meyers) Mitchell lived with her mothers mother because that had a cow and she
was a baby while my grandfather was away. |

Malinda (McGinnis) Meyers was born March 15, 1862
in Bastrop County, Texas to Plantation Owner, Perry McGinnis and Elijah Jerry
who was once a slave. She moved to Marlin with her mother and three sisters
after the Civil War. At the age of 17 years old
she married Simonette Meyers, age 30, who was from Baton Rouge, East Baton
Rouge Parish, Louisiana. They had a total
of 13 children. One died at birth and 4 lived until their late 90's. Malinda
(McGinnis) Meyers passed away in 1965 at the age of 104 years. For

Sarah (Meyers) Ellis, was a daughter of Simmanett and Malinda (McGinnis)
Meyers and was married to Sharman Ellis and they one daughter LaNoksie (Ellis)
Fitzgerald. LaNoksie (Ellis) Fitzgerald was married and had one son Ellis Lee
Fitzgerald who was married to one of the ladies that you have a picture of on
your web site, Almar Fitzgerald. The Fitzgerald own a Bar B Que restaurant in
Carlsbad, New Mexico for over 30 years. Almar is the only one still alive and
she still lives in Carlsbad today. Sarah passed away at age of 99 years old. |

Davis were never married. They just have the same last name. |
