Mrs. Caroline Pelton Passes Away at Oberlin
Oberlin, Aug. 16. - Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 over the remains of Mrs. Caroline Pelton, widow of the late Alvin Pelton, who was a pioneer farmer of this section of the county. Services were held at the residence of Clarence Pelton, son of the deceased. Mrs. Pelton was born in Geauga county, O., 82 years ago and for more than 50 years she lived in Lorain county. She is survived by the one son and several grandchildren.
