This link will take you to a free online and searchable copy of this book which contains incredible photos and descriptions of life in Greenlee County's past on every page, including Clifton, Morenci, Metcalf, and the Duncan Valley. - The Copper Era Newspaper in Clifton is printed by the Eastern Arizona Courier. They are said to have what's left of the records before the big flood of 1983. - Arizona Memory Project, Provides access to a wealth of primary sources in Arizona archives, museums, libraries, and other cultural institutions. This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

- The Greenlee County Historical Society (GCHS Facebook link) has a wonderful museum and gift shop at 315 Chase Creek, Clifton. The have a great deal of books for sale, chronicling the early days of Arizona. They have a well-stocked library and archives that is open to the public by appointment.
