Present thru 10/15/61. Reenlistment leave 2/13/62 to 3/26/62 when AWOL thru 4/30/62. Hosp. phthisis pulmonalis, Richmond, 11/14/61 to 12/1/62 when discharged disability, but "was too ill to leave hospital." Died there, age 27, 12/5/62. Bd. There, Oakwood Cemetery. 6', fair complexion, dark hair, blue eyes in 1862.
