Hosp., Richmond, 5/5/63 to 5/7/63 when sent to Lynchburg. Captured Scott Co., POW Military Prison, Louisville, Ky., by 5/64 when deserted to enemy, took oath and released, Louisa Co., Ky., 5'5", dark complexion, black hair, black eyes in 1861 and 1864.
