I make this my last will and testament as follows and hereby revoke all others heretofore made to wit
1st I devise that all my just debts be paid
2nd I give to my daughter Francis a negro boy name Barnet.
I give to my daughter Martha a negro boy named Frank.

I also give to each of my three single daughters above named five hundred dollars in money and to each a horse, a cow and a bed and furniture to make them equal with what I have given to my other children.
I give the remainder of my property to my wife during her life. At the death of my wife I give the tract of land on which I live to my four daughters to be equally divided between them and all the balance of my property at the death of my wife.
I give to all of my six children to be equally divided between them and in case that either of my children should died before my wife leaving heirs of their body, I desire that said heirs shall inherit their parents share of my estate
I appoint my two sons David Lee and John H. Lee my administrators and executors of this my last will and testament and it is my wish that the court do not require them to give security.
