The undersigned will sell at private sale the East part of the Farm formerly owned by the late R. M. BENTLEY, known as "FLEETWOOD", lying two miles south of Ball’s Mill, adjoining Mt. The undersigned will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in the town of Lovettsville, VA., on Saturday, January 10th 1880, about 12 o’clock, M, the FARM owned by the late JOHN W. WENNER, situated one mile west of Morrisonville, known as the "STATLER FARM"; adjoining the lands of Morrison, Merchant, Fry, Crim and others, containing 182 ½ acres in good condition.
