from numerous years ago. This material has been now pulled from the
Wayback Machine. Please also see the below notes which may or may not
still be appropriate. These are being posed from a
1999 posting.]
Please note: There are
some mistakes in the original indexes.
The Female A-L
index pages and the Male N-Z pages were used to compile these indexes.
When misspellings were found we
noted it, when possible, and at other times we used both names in the
index. (Example: WOOD, Sam ARMSTRONG, Henryetta
301
WOOD, Sam ATMORE, Henryette 301 from book 3.)
And as always there may be errors
from the transcribing from the indexes to the text files. So, if you
notice any errors please inform advise the current county coordinator or
contact Denise Wells, the Assistant State Coordinator me so it can be
corrected. The volunteer who put this information together in 1999 was
Tonia Porter. We do not know if her former email address is still
available -
