Mrs Anna Vann, age 63 of Graceville, died March 9, 1999 at
her residence following an extended illness. Mrs Vann was born in Savannah,
Georgia on Aug 8, 1935 to the late James Edward and Madeline Kessel. Mrs Vann, a
beloved mother and Grandmother was a graduate of Jacksonville Beach High School
and attended the University of Miami. She was a retired Office Manager with
Broward County School Board and Secretary for Graceville High School for over 15
years. She was a former member and past president of the Graceville Garden Club,
former member of the Graceville Woman's Clubs and a member of the First Baptist
Church of Graceville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a
brother, James Edward Kessel, III.
Funeral services were held on March 12
at the Chapel of James and Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville with the Dr James
Southerland and the Dr Mark Rathel officiating. Burial followed in Marvin Chapel
Cemetery with James and Lipford Funeral Home of Graceville directing.
Survivors include her husband Jack Vann of Graceville; son Bert Vann of
Graceville; daughter Leslie Franklin of Wausau; bothers and sister-in-laws Sonny
and JoAnn Vann of Tallahassee, Shirley Freeman of Ft Lauderdale, Florida; Louise
and Rufus Davis of Phoenix City, Alabama and Peggy Vann of Miami, Florida; four
grandchildren Neely Franklin of Graceville, Anna Christine Vann of Murfreesboro,
Tennessee, Randall Richard, Jr, and Sonny Richard both of Wausau.

Myrtle Lee Vinson, age 70, of Southport,
Florida, passed away Feb 13 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City.
Funeral services were Feb 15 at Rock of Deliverance Church in Ebro
with the Revs Leon Jenkins and Joby Kirkland officiating. Burial was in
the West Bay Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home directing.
Survivors
include her son: James Vinson of Southport, Florida; daughters: Louise
Whitehead of Southport, Ethel Mae Tetreault and Linda Windham, both of
Chipley, and Martha Anglin of Ebro; brother: Travis Davis of Mobile,
Alabama; sisters: Ollie Mills of Graceville and Emma Mason of Southport;
11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
