Mrs Norma L Keeten, age 55, of Chipley, passed away
Wednesday, Jan 20, 1999 at Panama City, Florida. She had been a resident of
Chipley for the last ten years after coming from North Carolina.
Funeral
services were held on Jan 23 at Wachob Chapel with the Rev Earl David Ken and
the Rev William Futch officiating. Burial followed in the Wachob Forest Lawn
Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her mother:
Berta Mae Kent of Chipley; son: Jefferey Wheeler of Panama City; daughters:
Monica Baxley of Chipley, Anita Blackmon of Plant City and Rebecca Loveall of
Tampa; brothers: Edward Lee Kenet of Atlanta, Georgia, Floyd Gene Kent of
Glendale, Arizona, William D Kent of Fountain, Florida and Eal David Kent of
Pensacola; sisters: Donna Sue Futch of Chipley and Patricia Gale Futch of Plant
City; and five grandchildren.

Mrs Ruth Etta Kidwell, age 72 of Bonifay,
died Tuesday, Nov 17, 1998 in Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama
following an extended illness. She was born Oct 28, 1926 in Indiana, the
daughter of the late Nathan Johnson and Bertha Reece. She spent most of
her life in Sand Gap and Berea, Kentucky. She spent much of the last ten
years in Esto and was a retired nurse and homemaker.
Funeral
services were held Nov 19 in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in
Geneva, Alabama. Burial followed in the Esto Baptist Church cemetery
with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva, Alabama directing.
Survivors
include her sons; Larry and wife Velma Wood of Berea, Kentucky, Walter
Wood of Richmond, Kentucky, William and wife Julie Wood of Richmond,
Kentucky, James Wood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, John Wood of Richmond,
Kentucky and Joe and wife Stacie Kidwell of Richmond, Kentucky;
daughter: Lalonee and husband Gary Jacobs of Esto; 15 grandchildren and
several great-grandchildren.

Richard L Kiely, age 53 of Chipley,
passed away Monday, Nov 16, 1998 at his residence.
He had been a
resident of Washington County for the past 10 years coming from
California. He was of the Catholic faith.
Memorialization was by
cremation with a Memorial Service held on Nov 20 at graveside in the
Calvary Cemetery with Father John Kelly officiating and Brown Funeral
Home directing.
He is survived by his mother: Marion Kiely of
Oakland, California; wife: Margaret M Kiely of Greenhead; daughter:
Christine and husband John Killejian of Greenhead; brother: William
Kiely of Closter, New Jersey; sister: Patricia Kiely of Oakland,
California; brother and sister-in-law: Thomas and Kathryn Murray of
Chipley; and grandchildren: Joseph and Mehghan Killejian of Greenhead.

Mr Robert Lee King, age 58 of Vernon,
died Saturday, Feb 27, 1999 in a local hospital. Born in White City, he
moved to Vernon 12 years ago from Highland View. He was an engine
mechanic and a member of the Eastside Baptist Church.
Funeral
services were held on Wednesday, March 3 at 11 am (EST) in the
Gilmore-Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Ed Pilarczyk
officiating. Burial followed in Holly Hills Cemetery with
Gilmore-Southerland Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his
wife Rose King of Vernon; children Audry "Polly" Geiger of Highland
View; Tommy King and wife Diane of Highland View; Tony King and wife
Michelle of Bonifay; Sandy Pope and husband Tim of Port St Joe; Michael
King of Vernon; and David King of Vernon; brother Jasper King of San
Antonio, Texas; sisters Inez Nichols of Lakeland; Christine Brooks of
Winter Garden; Mary Fichera of Ocoee; and Betty Sue Ann King of Port St
Joe; aunt Pauline McCormick of Hosord; 11 grandchildren, one
great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
