OBITUARY
Miss Pearl Pierson
Funeral services for Miss Pearl Pierson 34, of Bishop, who died yesterday in a local hospital from injuries received in an automobile collision on the Robstown-Corpus
Christie highway near Clarkwood,were held at the Baptist Church in Bishop at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon with the Rev. Mr. Reifel pastor of the church officiating. Interment was in the Bishop Cemetery under the direction of the Allen Mortuary of Kingsville.
Miss Pierson was a native of Grandview, Texas having been born there on June 20,
1901. She lived in Bishop for the last 24 years. She was a graduate nurse of a hospital at Waxahachie.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs J. M. Pierson of Bishop, three sisters, Mrs Lee Lynam, Mrs Gordon Purl and Mrs. T. T. Lacy all of Bishop. and six brothers J. F. and Grady Pierson both of Bishop; William and Lonnie Pierson of Goose Creek; Virgil of Cleburne and Hardy of Waxahachie.
