Swift Creek Methodist Church and Cemetery is located at 9728 - 142nd Blvd. SE, White Springs, Hamilton County, Florida. Hamilton County Property Appraiser Parcel 1662-000 in Section 27 Twp 1 S Range 15 E.
From I-75 at Jasper, take Exit 451 onto US 129 North and travel 2.5 miles to Junction US 129/US 41. Take US 41 South and travel 11.7 miles, turn left onto CR 137. Travel 1/10 mile and turn left onto SE 142 Blvd and travel 6/10 of a mile the major portion of the cemetery is on the left, across the street from the church.
Swift Creek Methodist Church was organized in the 1820's; it is situated across the street from the cemetery. There are also a few burials in a fenced area behind the church.
Swift Creek Methodist Church Cemetery was first published by Winnie Smith Hodges in "Cemeteries of Hamilton County in 1991. The cemetery was re-surveyed and photographed by Lesleigh Laite Butts November 29, 2007.
