Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery is an African American cemetery located at 15007 SE CR 25A in White Springs, Florida. Hamilton County Property Appraiser Parcel 1704-000 in Sect 32 Twp 1S Range 15E.
From I-75 take Exit 451 (at Jasper) onto US 129S and travel 2.7 miles, turn left onto CR 152. Travel CR 152 for 1.4 miles and turn right onto CR 25A SE. Travel CR 25A SE for 5.8 miles. The Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church and cemetery is on the right side of the roadway. (Note: GPS reported the road name changing from CR 25A SE to River Road at approximately 3.7 miles. This is where the road overpasses I-75.)
