Ross-Roux is an African American Cemetery in rural Hamilton County, Florida. Hamilton County Property Appraiser Parcel 2722-000 in Section 14, Twp 1S, Range 14E.
From I-75 at Jasper take Exit 451 onto US 129 South and travel 2.9 miles. Turn left onto CR 132 SE and travel 2.4 miles and turn right onto SE 125th Lane (unpaved roadway just before the overpass), there will be a wooden sign "Ross-Roux Cemetery" with an arrow. Follow SE 125th Lane for .2 miles and turn left onto dirt road (there is a pine forestry sign numbered 7962). The dirt road runs parallel with I-75 for 1 mile ending at the cemetery.
There's a large wooden sign "Ross-Roux Cemetery Est. 1800's by Capt. Francis J. Ross." Captain Francis J. Ross served in the 1st Regiment Florida Militia Florida Indian War. He was awarded a Military Land Grant In Hamilton County.
